Ian & Tracie made us very welcome, they helped us with parking with a Residents Permit, and Tracie even came us in the car to help us find a parking space. âGreat location for harbour, beach, shopping, buses etc. Free off street parking. Clean room and bathroom. Room with fridge, tea and coffe and tv, comfortable bed with sheet as well as duvet which was welcomed, and had fan in room. Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choice cereal fresh fruit yogurt breads plus cooked or continental. Chris and Jackie very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Would recommend.â
