Spacious condo just minutes to the sports complex, ferry launch & Cedar Point!

This third-floor walkup is a recent renovation, a five-minute walk from dozens of downtown restaurants, attractions, and island ferries, including access to the world-renowned Cedar Point. We are about three miles from the Cedar Point Sports Center, ideal for families visiting Sandusky for games or tournaments. Our spacious front room is perfect for families with a dining table that expands to seat up to ten. Two, off-street parking spaces included!

Three bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. Brand new appliances and a 65-inch Roku television in a spacious front room with easy kitchen access.

Park your car and leave it for the weekend! Downtown is only a short walk, and the Cedar Point Sports Complex is a five-minute drive. But please keep in mind, this is a third-floor walkup.

The condo was everything described. The owner was very responsive. However the neighborhood was somewhat run down and the building itself was dirty in the hallways and such. Nothing that the owner could control though, inside we had a great stay. Great location for Cedar Point.

Softball tournament

The condo was exactly what we needed! We are a family of 5 visiting the area from out of state and our oldest was participating in a softball tournament. We were less than 15 to Cedar Point and the Sport complex. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely return if the opportunity presented itself!

Excellent property!

I stayed here for a couple nights with my kids and partner. Traveled in from Pittsburgh. The property is immaculate and spacious. Easy access to the building and condo on the third floor. The location is close to everything and the owner provides all the details you’ll need. No issues - will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Spacious and pleasant!

LOVED the fun decor- a lot of neat Disney art. Clean and spacious. Perfect amount of room for our big group. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Lots of stairs to climb due to it being on the third floor but that worked fine for us. Beautiful condo with lots of windows.
