“The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. “Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason. Shower definitely needs to be cleaned...
