First of all, it’s not a true ski in/out property. There’s taking off your skis and walking part to get in/out of the property. This is one of the biggest disappointments. Shuttle service is very convenient.
This is a 3 floor property. There’s definitely a lot of stairs in the house to go anywhere. First floor bedroom with the 2 bunk beds isn’t a good room at all. It has an unpleasant smell not sure coming from the closet or the cabinet. The airflow in the room is def not good. Also it’s a very cold floor. After the first night we had to move the three kids to the top floor where the 2nd bedroom is located and kick my mom out to the mid floor where pullout sofa is next to the kitchen.
The unit is spread out and has 3 (basically 3 and half floors counting the ground level with the garage), the heating system is not sufficient so we had to get 5 additional external heaters placed in various places throughout the condo.
Master room bathtub was very clogged and they were able to fix it by taking a lot of debris out from the drain.
Had some trouble with Wi-Fi thankfully it was fixed. For those of you who need to work from the unit, be sure not to touch the router in the kitchen next to the sink.
No hair conditioner in the unit, was a big frustration for me personally but it may not bother you as much. Water is very hard so my hair felt like metal wires.
Property manager Austin was probably the only satisfaction we got from this place. Very friendly and helpful. Great attitude. If it’s not for him I probably would have packed up and left the place on the 2nd day.
Overall, this is an expensive non ski in/out condo with way too many stairs and an unuseful bedroom on the first floor due to smell and room temperature.
