• Upon arrival, an $11.25 per person per night Service Charge will be collected, which covers the gratuity payment for housekeeping, bell desk, and concierge
• Please note that these rooms are combination rooms, and will have a One Bedroom Suite that connects with either a Classic Water View Room or Deluxe Water View Room
• The only mode of transportation from the airport is a taxi. The resort can arrange for a dedicated taxi to be waiting for you at the airport
• Car rentals are not available in Bermuda. However, mini-electric vehicles are available and very popular. We recommend reservations before arrival
• Bus stops are located approximately 5 minutes (away) outside of the resort. The closest ferry terminal is in Dockyard which is 5-10 minutes from the property. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle service (July - October) to the ferry terminal in Dockyard
• There is a delivery fee of $7.50 per delivery for breakfast room service
• Please note there is a 17% service fee for any food and beverage and spa purchased offerings. This is mandatory and is applied to the guest bill
• A light cleaning service is provided daily!
