Vackert rustikt Grand Carriage House från 1923

Centralt beläget mellan nöjesparker och stränder!

Ett en gång pittoreskt vagnshus som byggdes 1923 och har under årtionden förvandlats till ett stort rymligt hem!

Detta unika hus ligger i det historiska distriktet i centrala Sanford. Bara några minuter till Sanford centrum, 10 minuter från Orlando Sanford International Airport, 1-5 miles till stora motorvägar.

Det främre däck är mycket rymligt med ett bord och stolar och en hängmatta att koppla av i. Omgiven av stora träd känner du att du campar i staden!

Boytan är ett stort stort rum med en vacker bondgård som kan passa 10 personer bekvämt. Det finns en hemmabio med en 60 "böjd 4K smart TV, 4K DVD-spelare och surroundljud. Live TV, Netflix och en samling DVD-filmer finns tillgängliga för dig att använda.

Det finns en muskrok med ett piano, gitarr, skivspelare och skivor.

Kök:
Köket är fullt utrustat med kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, brödrost, massor av krukor och kastruller.

The Rose Room:
Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Franska dörrar leder från sovrummet till en stor skärmad veranda. Det stora badrummet har ett stort jacuzzi-badkar och duschkabin.

The Dogwood Room:
Det 2: a sovrummet har en bekväm queen-size futon med en mycket tjock dyna och två enkelsängar (rulla säng). Rummet är utrustat med brädspel och leksaker.

The Tulip Room:
Det tredje sovrummet har en full storlek säng och ett skrivbord.

Place was amazing, very well equipped home. Eclectic style with a mix of old Florida home meets modern amenities. Beds are very comfy, house is nice and spacious. Has an in law sweet great for anyone needing some privacy in your group. Host is very helpful, area is nice and only 30 minutes from Orlando, Frloida springs and many other things to do. Down the street from downtown Sanford which is beautiful and has many parks and a vast lake to see. Highly recommend to stay here.

The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Sara contacted us when a storm knocked out electric and wifi for a bit and kept us updated. The home is warm and is kind of a step back in time but up to date at the same time. The guest apartment is a bonus as well as the balcony. We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and some were great and others just okay. But we will definitely visit this one again. It is a gem.

Lots of Southern Charm! What a lovely home to stay at over a four day weekend, where our extended Family from Wisconsin traveled and gathered for a family funeral! We really appreciated the large kitchen, living room and dining area, which gave us a wonderful space to spend time together and process our family’s loss. The upstairs screen porch was so nice to sit and visit in the evenings! There is nice large tv and L-couch, where some of our group were able to catch the end of the Packer/Lions game.The host was more than accommodating with all of our needs and we appreciated that the driveway fit 3 vehicles very easily. Highly recommend for any family!

Perfect Place for a Perfect Stay

This property is in a very convenient location close to downtown Sanford activities, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host has thought of everything you'll need for a getaway. We loved sitting around the big kitchen table with everyone in the open floor plan area. The separate upstairs sleeping area was perfect for the couple who needed a little more "space". We felt safe in the area and enjoyed our neighborhood walks. I highly recommend this house.

Privacy for everyone

We were very pleased with the accommodations. 3 bedroom and 2 baths in main house and a quaint efficiency with separate entrance from house. Worked very well for our needs. Also had 3 pups who were safe to roam outside since it was securely fenced. Definitely would recommend for a larger group

Winey Winey Marge is Ninety

Twelve Family members from Ohio, South Carolina, and Florida gathered together to spend a week celebrating our mother/aunt/grandmother/great grandmother 90th birthday. Seven of us stayed at the Sunshine Cottage. It was perfect!! Located close to Sanford Historic district, grocery store a few blocks away, Winter Park and Disney within 45 minutes away as well as convenient Sanford and Orlando airports. The cottage is immaculately clean and has all the amenities you will need. We made so many wonderful memories. This is the perfect cottage for a family celebration.

Very comfortable & relaxing place to stay.

Its very cute, reminds me of the old Florida homes of the 20s (I've seen in pictures) but very well kept up and all the modern conveniences. I loved the deck off the upstairs bedroom, perfect place for morning coffee.

The home was very comfortable for all of us!!

We loved looking at all the antiques and mature trees shading the patio and decks were so calming! My 83 year old father struggled with the low toilet in the downstairs bathroom, but if we had a raised toilet seat with us, that would have taken care of the problem.

This home was the perfect getaway. We really felt like we were on vacation. It was spacious enough to complete all the preparations for a wedding; the decor was fabulous; all parties had their own private spaces; the owner was very accommodating, even bringing us last-minute items for our impromptu beach trip. Best vacation rental experience ever!

We loved our time here! Sara was super flexible with us and has provided a beautiful home away from home for people visiting the area. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for our 5 day stay for 6 people plus our two year old granddaughter. All the beds were super comfortable, the bedding and towels were high quality, and we found all the basic supplies we needed were provided. It was a perfect mix of vintage and updated, with all the latest gadgets, plus tons of great records from the 70s and 80s and vintage toys and games for your downtime. Definitely recommend!!!

Beautifully rustic and authentic

Six adults, one child, and two small dogs in our party and there was plenty of room. I will rent this property again. There were a few things not perfect but this is a historic property and we knew that at the beginning.

Great stay!

The host was so helpful, patient and friendly as I worked thru using the app. The place was very cute and historic, on a quiet street. My teenager enjoyed the piano, guitar and record player. Me and my husband enjoyed the screened in balcony and entire upstairs floor of the master bedroom and bathrooms. Plenty of board games for the kids, they enjoyed the hammock out front as well. The only thing to complain about would be the plumbing for the toilets lol, had to keep using the plunger for the downstairs toilet.
