All guests must provide their full legal name (first and last) to the Guest Contact at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
Lake & Marina Rules
Only electric-powered or non-motorized watercraft are permitted on the lake. Gas-powered motors are strictly prohibited. Approved watercraft include kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, and electric boats only. The lake is a designated no-wake zone, and jet skis or high-speed watercraft are not allowed. Fishing is permitted on a catch-and-release basis only.
Community Amenities
Guests may enjoy the children’s playground and the pavilion during their stay. The community pool is currently closed for the season. Once it reopens, access details will be provided in the Welcome Book.
The community pool opens on May 1st. One pool key is provided and will be hanging inside the house upon arrival. This is the only pool key available and cannot be duplicated. Guests are responsible for keeping the key secure and returning it to its original location at checkout.
