“My stay with Michael and his family was wonderful. They accommodated my late arrival graciously and made me feel at home, even though I'd clearly woken Dennis up with my lateness. Breakfast was delicious and they gave good recommendations for Jaipur. The rooftop is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a meal. Great place to stop over for a night before or after travel. ”

"This is a beautiful heritage hotel that I can truly recommend. The architecture, ambiance, and overall atmosphere are lovely — you really feel like you’re stepping into a piece of history. We only stayed one night, but I easily could’ve stayed longer if we’d had more time. Unfortunately, due to thunderstorms, we didn’t get a chance to try the pool.
The experience overall was good, but service brought it down slightly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and while the setting was nice, I was served grilled chicken that was half raw. Initially, I was told I would only get a 50% reduction since I had eaten a few bites, but in the end they agreed to waive the dish. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it could have been handled more professionally.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but again, the ambience of the property makes up for a lot. It’s a peaceful and memorable place to stay — and despite the hiccups, I warmly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something with charm and character."
