Lyxig Pointe Santo Gulf Front Penthouse Unit E-46 med takterrass!

Njut av den vackra ön Sanibel från detta mycket speciella lyxiga takvåningshus som erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över stranden, ett privat takterrass på taket och alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Njut av vårt vackert inredda kök som ombyggdes det senaste höstet och våra interiörer som nyligen har uppdaterats och kommer att genomgå mer uppdatering sommaren 2013. Dusch och badkar renoverades för tre år sedan.
Alla hyror går från lördag till lördag och inga hyror är mindre än en vecka.

Sanibel är en frodig tropisk ö intill Ft. Myers på Floridas västkust. Från den stund du korsar bron till ön känner du att du befinner dig i ett tropiskt paradis långt borta. Resor till denna ö är bekvämt var som helst i USA.
Sanibel ligger mellan Pine Island Sound och Mexikanska golfen. Stränderna är världsberömda för skalning. Två tredjedelar av ön är permanent betecknad som skyddad naturskydd.

Ponte Santo de Sanibel är Sanibels mest förtrollande semesterparadis! Grunderna är väl anlagda och hålls obefläckade. Denna takvåning är tillgänglig för dig att njuta av en fantastisk semester med panoramautsikt över Mexikanska golfen, soluppgångar och solnedgångar (under vintermånaderna). Solnedgångar kan ses från stranden när som helst på året!

Excellent location, just steps to the beach. This unit is very well appointed and equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of room for everyone. Rooftop deck was awesome. Watched the sunset nightly. Beds are comfy and supportive. Renee is very responsive. This unit is exactly as it is described. Close to good restaurants.

Peaceful Penthouse

If you’re looking for that perfect oceanfront rental to melt into the Sanibel beach scape this is it. Located on the 4th floor with roof access in Pointe Santo, this location offers a quiet, unobstructed connection to the gulf. No need to take the few short steps to the beach - just slide open the patio door. The description of the property was just as described in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was clean. Master bedroom is well designed with its own door to the screened patio. Unit has a reserved parking place very close to the building and near the elevator landing. Owners closet was stuffed with a selection of beach items, chairs, 3 different umbrellas, sand toys, noodles, boogie boards, balls, and paddle board. Location is centrally located, convenient to several restaurants, shops, and public beaches while itself sits on a less dense stretch of beach. Resort has a pool, sand volleyball court, corn hole, and planned activities for children during the week providing a good balance between relaxation and active distractions for a broad range of ages. Communications with the hostess and checkin/checkout process were smooth, the hostess was good to check on us during our stay. We lacked for nothing. Definitely a place we look forward to visiting again. Thanks, Renee.

A wonderful week of Sanibel sunshine in a great condo!

We enjoyed a lovely week of perfect weather in this beautiful condo. The views were picture-perfect, the place pretty, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The best feature of all was the private roof deck we enjoyed daily; excellent for sunrise and sunset viewing, as well as sand-free sunbathing. Our host Renee checked in often to make sure we were happy, which was a first for us in our rentals. We highly recommend booking this great unit for a memorable Sanibel stay!

The owner, Renee, is very communicative throughout the entire process. The condo is fantastic and very comfortable. We loved the upper rooftop deck - it was perfect for a drink at sunset and coffee for the sunrise! Highly recommend this place.

Very nice condo unit. Clean and tastefully decorated. Owner responsive to request for adding grilling utensils- had them shipped from Amazon the next day! Excellent view of the ocean and the grounds at Pointe Santo were beautiful as usual.

Absolutely stunning

This unit is recently renovated including kitchens and bath. It was the most well equipped unit we have ever rented. The views and location are excellent, waking each morning to the beautiful gulf view. Although it is 4th floor served by a single elevator, we never had any wait issues or delay. Communication with owner was exceptional from initial contact to checkout. Would have loved to rebook for the following year but was unavailable. Would certainly look forward to returning

Five star place and great for families!

First off Renee was excellent to work with. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. The entire condo was spotless. The kitchen and supply room is stocked with everything you need to cook etc. Plenty of toys, chairs and umbrellas for the kids. The grounds is kept impeccable and activities every day for the kids. My kids enjoyed the night swimming and quick dip in the hot tub. The beach is expansive and great for shelling and relaxing. For those that have to work, the internet works very well(they must have upgraded it from the last time I stayed at this complex.. no issue streaming, video conferencing etc). We will definitely be back. The location is perfect, close to baileys, shopping etc. We rented bikes. Lastly if you want a dinner to remember book at the Mad Hatter. I’ve eaten all over the world and this is one of the best. Get a reservation though. Finally.. do yourself a favor and book this place.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Stay for our First Visit to Sanibel

We can’t say enough about this property. Condo was very clean, well supplied with everything needed for our week stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and well furnished. The views are amazing and enjoyed morning coffee in the screened in balcony. Our kids were so excited to see boogie boards in the closet as well as beach supplies and pool noodles that were perfect for evening swims. There were even board games. Chess that my daughter and husband played and a great puzzle that kept everyone busy during the week. Renée was so responsive and attentive. She truly wants to make sure everything is perfect and we were so appreciative. Thank you Renée for making our first visit to Sanibel so enjoyable and memorable!

Relaxing waterfront retreat

When I think of Sanibel, I picture plenty of space, a grogeous shell-filled beach, beautiful water and great amenities. This place brings that vision to life. Renee's place is stunning. Extremely well-appointed with gorgeous unobstructed views of the beach and gulf and the water just steps away. The unit has everything from beach chairs to a modern kitchen and anything you could want. We loved our stay. Renee checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking, and her place is top notch. We could not have been happier!

Beautiful condo with amazing view

Renee was a great host for our stay. Sanibel Island is very family friendly and we had everything we needed in her condo. It was probably one of the best views you can get on the island and it was so convenient to just walk down to the beach and if we needed or forgot anything, we were close enough to hop back up to the condo and grab it. Renee also had chairs, an umbrella and beach toys for the kids to play with. We would definitely come back!

Excellent Property

My family stayed here for Spring Break and loved this condo very much! Breathtaking views, easy access to the beach, pool and local shops and restaurants. We rented bikes and could get to most local shops and restaurants within a few minutes.

Top notch condo that felt like home with amazing views, great location, lovely grounds

One of my top (if not the top) favorite VRBO rentals ... in my new favorite location of Sanibel! Really loved this unit.... great layout, spacious rooms, really comfortable furniture with plenty of seating, wonderful updated finishes, super clean. We had 4 people working remotely most of the week & there was plenty of room to spread out; great wifi. Felt utterly comfortable in this unit, like being at home (really could live here without changing a thing.) The property itself was beautiful too, & very well maintained. Renee checked in a few times & was readily available for any questions or needs. The south facing views to the Gulf were beautiful looking out from the living space .... and amazing from the rooftop deck where you could see the pretty sunrises to your left in the morning and amazing sunsets to the right. (views were with January sun position.) Really loved this location on Sanibel ....central to all of the main restaurant/shopping areas which could easily be biked to; Baileys, Doc Fords, Over Easy area were walkable. Bike a bit longer & you can get to & through the Ding Darling Preserve of Bowman's Beach (really recommend visiting this beach... beautiful, wide, more quiet, even more shells.) The 22 miles of paved bike trails on Sanibel were awesome & a favorite part of Sanibel. Pretty pretty sure I hit every part of them over the week excpet maybe the last mile or so towards Captiva. Really hope to return to Sanibel & this condo often!
