Welcome to "Heron Rest", a true classic beach cottage that's been newly built in 2024 for a fresh, clean & comfortable escape - perfect for your next Sanibel rental! This beachside beauty boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop stove, new appliances, and is stocked with all the essential kitchenware items needed to make your favorite vacation meals at home. Bright, bold coastal colors and decor bring this home to life and the split floor plan is great for couples and families alike. The home features a large wrap around porch and is the perfect afternoon escape, nestled between 2 small ponds and enough foliage to allow for privacy and tranquility. Heron Rest is pet-friendly and has a fenced in back yard for added convenience. The neighborhood has nearby, private beach access parking that puts you on the sandy, shell strewn beach within a short 5 minute walk, bike ride or quick car ride. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are provided to allow for the most convenient way to spend long days on our beautiful beach. The home is located toward Sanibel's West End of the island close to Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, the Sanibel Recreation Center, and many restaurants & shops that are all within a few miles bike ride or short drive.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, fenced yard, covered parking. Pets Considered (Dogs Only). No Smoking. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, beach cart, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
