The upstairs main living level has an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining area working together as a perfect entertainment and gathering area for all. The living room seats 6 comfortably, with its vivid green sofa and three club chairs. It is a perfect area to enjoy the canal view or to watch or stream your favorite programs on the Smart TV.

The dining area seats 8 and features an exquisite table with mother-of-pearl seashell shadowbox topped table. Whether you choose to enjoy your meals at the table, enjoy a family game night or work on a puzzle, it provides a perfect vantage point to be included in any and all of the activities happening in the great room.

There is an open-air cyber center office nook that overlooks the back yard and dock, and it is perfectly set up for working remotely and participating in a Zoom call with a gorgeous backdrop.

The updated kitchen features custom wooden cabinetry, exotic granite, stainless steel appliances and a built-in wine captain. A small laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer are also near to the kitchen.

License to Chill is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that you have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.

One non-shedding doggie under 15 pounds may be considered for this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable.

Houses may be rented for any 28 days within the same calendar month. Please call if you have specific dates.

Use of Boat Docks and Boat Lifts: Not all boat docks and boat lifts are for tenant use. Please specify at time of reservation if a boat dock or lift is needed for use at the property in which you are renting. Tenants are not allowed to move, relocate or touch a boat parked on the property's dock or boat lift without prior approval from Cottages to Castles. There may be an extra charge for use of the boat dock and/or lift at the designated property. A signed damage waiver is required.
