Koppla av pÄ lanai med en bok, en kopp kaffe eller en cocktail och njut av en fÀrgglad Sanibel soluppgÄng och solnedgÄng vid Sandpiper Beach 202.

Sandpiper Beach ligger intill Gulfside City Park. Det Àr verkligen en plats att komma bort frÄn allt, precis utanför Middle Gulf Drive. Med 5 byggnader (inga hissar), tÀckt parkering, en uppvÀrmd utomhuspool, tennisbana, shuffleboard och grillplatser, har Sandpiper Beach allt du vill ha pÄ ett mycket avskilt lÀge.

Sandpiper Beach 202 Àr en förstaboende nivÄ med 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Den har porslinskakel i hela köket, vardagsrummet, matsalen och badrummen och mattan i sovrummen.

Köket Àr fullt utrustat med spis, ugn, kylskÄp, diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn och en frukostbar. Matsalen har 6 bekvÀmt sittplatser, medan vardagsrummet har en bÀddsoffa med soffa, soffa, sidostol, platt-TV / DVD-spelare och wi-fi. Den skÀrmad Lanai ligger precis utanför vardagsrummet och har utsikt över marken ut till viken.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, platt-tv, nyligen utökat och renoverat badrum med dubbelt fÄfÀnga och dusch, och en skjutdörr till den skÀrmad Lanai. Badrummet har en spa-liknande kÀnsla med coola blÄ nyanser, tunnelbana plattor och Carerra marmor fÄfÀnga topp.

GÀst sovrummet har tvÄ extra lÄnga enkelsÀngar som kan lÀmnas separata eller smekmÄnad dem tillsammans som en King sÀng. Den har en garderob i full storlek och ligger tvÀrs över korridoren frÄn det fullstÀndigt nyrenoverade badet med sin tunnelbana kaklade dusch och enda fÄfÀnga. Ett garderobsomrÄde med en tvÀttmaskin i full storlek ligger precis utanför gÀstbadrummet.

En snabb resa ner ner leder dig till poolen och strandpromenaden till stranden. Poolen har schÀslonger, bord och toaletter. Strandpromenaden har en tvÀttstation och leder ut till sockersandstranden.

Det finns en tennisbana för din anvÀndning, och den fungerar som en Pickle Ball-bana. 4 paddlar finns.

Perfect location , beautiful condo

This condo is located in a quiet small community. Great view of the ocean , short walk to the beach and pool is close by. Is clean and very well stocked with every thing that you will need for your stay 
.there is a Costco or Publix in Fort Myers so you can load up on groceries before heading to the island or Jerry’s grocery store on the island will get you set up. Tons of shells, beautiful beach, and clear blue waters. Calm waters most days. Only downside were the No-seeum bugs in the evenings, but didn’t notice them during the daytime , just at dusk. So get some Noseeum bug spray at Jerry’s on the island. But the condo itself is perfect and the property management company is A, great communication.

Week in Sanibel

Lovely condo with pool and walkway to beach. We especially liked sitting on the screened lanai in the evening to watch the thunderstorms. Condo has nicely updated bathrooms. Plenty of space for 3-4 people.

We loved our stay! The location was great - it was nice and quiet with beautiful views of the landscaping and the ocean. The condo itself was decorated very nice and cozy. The beds were comfy which is hard to find. Loved how organized everything was - there were labels for all the light switches plus in the cabinets for the dishes !! Lots of attention to detail and thought into making the stay perfect. Also providing beach towels and chairs was a great plus !!!

We had the absolute best time at our stay in Sanibel. This condo had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing and the short walk on the boardwalk to the private beach was perfect. We will be staying here again!!

Sanibel 2BR Condo on the beach

Beautiful, clean VERY quiet condo on the beach. Kitchen had everything you need for regular cooking. Pool was nice and chairs are always available. My only suggestion is they need to upgrade the cable. We didn’t watch much tv at all (news and a game or 2 at night) and having non HD and a super small tv was frustrating. Other than that, it was great!

Nice and quiet!

Good stuff: Great location, nice clean unit with plenty of kitchenware (and nice big kitchen). The beach towels provided were great, parking out of the sun, lots of space indoors and we loved the screened in porch. The pool was lovely and the beach access was great. Other stuff: internet was iffy inside, but was only a problem when we had to sign in for work. When I say “quiet”, I mean it. We got in trouble for playing music on the porch in the middle of the day. There were no children during our visit so outside was super quiet also.

Perfect Get Away

- the kitchen is fully stocked as well as beach and bathroom towels - extremely clean - storage unit has boogie boards, water tubes, coolers, beach cart, umbrella and about 8 beach chairs - pool is close by to the unit. - one of our favorites things about this location is the size. It’s not a huge resort so it’s not over crowded. Only 27 units in 5 buildings. - car port under the building so your car doesn’t heat up in the sun - very seamless check-in and check-out process and they answered any questions prior to our visit extremely quick - very close to Bailey’s General Store and Jerry’s Foods - one hiccup
the previous tenants were late checking out so we weren’t able to check-in at 3:00 pm and were delayed by about 30 minutes. We let them know we had “boots on the ground” and they were super quick to get us in our unit as soon as possible.

The pictures just don’t do it justice. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Just steps away from the pool and the beach while being off the beaten path. Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to get back there as soon as possible!

Great Covid Respite

Yes, we traveled to Florida in the middle of the pandemic. The condo offered a great respite from being at home. It was spotless and we had been assured it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We enjoyed wonderful family time walking the beach, relaxing and riding bikes. Because of the pandemic, we chose to avoid restaurants (although we did make several trips to Joey's for yummy frozen custard) and found the kitchen to be well equipped for cooking. We appreciated the updated bathrooms and the overall feel/comfort of the condo. We brought 2 of our own beach chairs and a beach umbrella, however, there were plenty of chairs in the storage unit. While bikes are not provided, we rented bikes from Billy's and had them delivered. Easy! During the day, the internet was reliable, our college age daughter was able to stream her video lectures. However, we were unable to stream movies in the evening. This is not a game changer for us and we would rent this condo again. We have been going to Sanibel for the past 25 years and Sandpiper is our favorite complex. Easy and user friendly check-in/check-out, friendly staff at Cottages to Castles that were available to answer any questions prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay!

This was our first trip to Sanibel and we had a wonderful time!! This condo was perfect for our family. It was a super short walk to the beach, we could not have asked for more! The condo itself was in great condition and I called it “home”, we were so comfortable there. I told my family that I want to come back next year to the exact same unit, but this time I want to stay longer! Communication with property management was always friendly and timely, big thanks to Sharon for all your help!!

Sandpiper 202 vacation was the best!

Location is everything and this place is just what we wanted. Serene and natural surroundings. Neighbors were friendly. We got to use the pool, shuffleboard and tennis court to play pickle ball. Each unit has a storage room for beach supplies and I was able to keep my electric bike in the storage room because there was an electric outlet there. The bike trails around this location are the best. The walk to the beach is a very natural setting. The view from the condo is just the best and the condo itself was clean, well decorated and loaded with amenities. I can’t stress enough how clean the place was. We will be back.

We stayed with our two kids, and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. We love Sandpiper Beach for the quiet, the access to the beach and the great pool, and we would definitely choose this unit again. We appreciated all the informational emails about check-in and check-out. We didn't have a single need while we were there because everything was great, but I know they would have been available if we had needed something. Thanks for a great week on the beautiful Sanibel island!
