A4 features the finest furnishings from Clive Daniel Home, Ethan Allen and Robb & Stuckey, as well as art and accessories from local shops and galleries. You'll enjoy the tranquil color palette, comfy furnishings and newly updated amenities inside and outside.
WIth floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on two sides, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the gulf and property from the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, sun room and lanai. Whether you choose to enjoy time outside or inside, no detail has been overlooked at A4.
The living and dining area seat 6 comfortably, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with Kitchen Aid appliances, custom cabinetry with quartz countertops, as well as a pantry. Entertaining family and friends is a breeze, and you can add to the ambience by streaming your favorite programming or music from the living room Smart TV.
The spacious sunroom is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee indoors, while keeping up on activities at the pool or outdoor grilling area.
The primary bedroom features lovely gulf views, access to the lanai, as well as a King bed, Smart TV, a dressing table/desk, en-suite bath with dual vanities, ample closets and a separate water closet and custom shower.
The 2nd bedroom features two Twin beds, with pool and gulf views, while the 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin day beds and pocket door access to the sun room. Both bedrooms share a 3-piece bathroom with a custom shower.
The laundry area features a high-efficiency stack washer/dryer, and it is adjacent to the guest bathroom.
You can access the beach, pool and grilling areas from the screened lanai, while the community tennis/pickleball courts are located on the opposite side of the property.
In addition, a minimum of 2 beach chairs and beach towels (1 per person), are provided for your use, along with complimentary dish detergent, laundry detergent and countertop cleanser.
Pointe Santo features an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts (equipment provided) and several bbq areas. Elevators are available throughout the buildings for your convenience, if you're visiting friends or family on upper floors.

Pointe Santo is a Smoke-Free property. Smoking is not permitted in the condos, on the patios or lanais, or in any common areas of the property.
