Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been to Sanibel numerous times and stayed at different locations. I’ve booked through various companies but this by far exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant at first to book something not located on the beach but a quick walk across the street and I was there. This property is in a perfect location. It was well maintained and very enjoyable to stay in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well appointed first floor 2 BR 2 bath condo, steps away from the pool! Just cross the street to get to the ocean. Great to have the Sundial across the street for awesome Japanese tapanyaki as well as a local Baileys satellite grocery store. All residents were friendly. Loved the two outdoor grills and used x 2 as well as the on-site washer and dryer for $1.50/load! Hope to return next February!

We ate at Cips George and Wendy's Doc Fords and Blue Giraffe. Little bit of walk to the beach. Very dark at night hard to find our way around Holiday Sanibel staff were very helpful and answered my questions

Very Nice vacation spot

Very nice place, great location, pool and grills where perfect. Nice Beach a short walk across the street. The permanent other condo owners/neighbors were very nice and helpful. Liked being on the ground floor. Would have like some larger cooking ware /fry pans and assorted spices and oil that where not present. The party there the week before us left it in a real mess so we where past our check in time getting in and the cleaners missed some things cleaning but they tried their best given the situation. We would stay again.

Clean and Comfortable Condo with Pretty Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with staying at this condo. Its back overlooks a canal and golf course on the other side, and there are tables and chairs on the canal side available for use. The front of the condo, altho' on Middle Gulf Drive, is well landscaped so as to block the street from our view from the front screened-in porch - we sat out there to read often - comfortable seating. In order to get to the beach, we would cross the street and follow a path along the grass by tennis courts belonging to SunDial Resort and onto a boardwalk to the beach. The location of the condo is convenient to exploring the island, with a bike path along the road in front which we used a lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. Could have used better beach equipment. Also, shower drain clogged and became worse over week. Should check that each week when cleaned. Not enough sheets and pillow cases for the couch. Also, only 2 beach towels.
