Stay connected with Wi-Fi and cable TV, stock up with grocery delivery from nearby markets, or make yourself at home in the bright, sun-filled end unit with extra windows and a fully screened lanai offering Gulf views.

The complex includes a heated pool, and elevator access. From here, you’ll have private beach access to world-class shelling, endless sunsets, and plenty of space to relax. Sanibel’s bike paths, wildlife refuge, golf and tennis clubs, fishing, and local restaurants are all close by.

Unit 103 is located just feet from the beach, on the first floor up one flight of stairs, with elevator access at both ends of the open-air hallway. A private parking space is included with your stay.

Whether you’re working remotely, exploring the island, or simply soaking in the sunsets, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

For extended stays, we also offer a single-family home available for monthly rentals.

The newly remodeled condo was nicely appointed. Kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable, too. The view was beautiful. Great view of the sunsets right from the balcony. Shelling was great. Kristine was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely rent this place again.

Gorgeous ocean front unit! Had absolutely all the amenities to make a for a great trip! The location was perfect, the space was plentiful, and the ocean view from the master bedroom and the lanai were incredible! There is still quite a bit of construction around the building and area, but sanibel looks like it’s coming back alive. Our host, Kristine, was extremely responsive to any questions we had! We will absolutely stay here again! You will not regret staying here, we will be back!

Girls Trip to Sanibel

This property was amazing! Close to the water, perfect for shopping, eating, sightseeing. Can't imagine anyplace could have been better. The condo was recently beautifully completed after the hurricane hits and a fantastic job was done! The owner was tiptop on communication and helpfulness (even though we had to bother her a couple of times) Always understanding and helpful! I would recommend this place over and over again and hope we get a chance to return. One of the best if not THE BEST!!!

Wonderful Location

Great property. Very comfortable. Owner has gone out of their way to try to provide all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for meal prep. There were plenty of beach supplies. We didn't want for anything. We enjoyed our time there and would use the location again.

Awesome vacation

My kids and I stayed at this condo. Everyone loved the feeling of home away from home. We loved the ease to get to beach and town. Everyone felt very safe staying here. The views are amazing and the vibe is relaxing. Just what we were looking for!

great family vacation

We loved the condo. A great location with quick easy access to the beach as well as close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The beach was never overcrowded - enjoyed taking walks and shelling. We really liked the beach closet which was fully stocked with gear for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc - anything you might need! This was our first trip to Sanibel and we will be returning and would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean. I gave cleanliness 3 stars not due to the room, but the outside where a common trash can was overflowing for days and I thought the locker area could have been hosed down or swept of sand.

Everything one needs or wants!

This is by far the BEST condo we've stayed in during our years of summer vacations in Florida. There was nothing we wanted that wasn't in the unit -- everything from luxurious beds to fully-stocked kitchen. The storage unit was loaded with beach gear as well -- sun umbrellas, chairs, tube float, and noodles. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again.

Perfect Condo

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations! Gulf view amazing! We ended up flying in instead of driving and condo had it all! Everything for beach days including umbrella and foldable wagon and coolers enough for drinks and sandwiches. Shelling amazing! Pool was perfect for early morning and evening. We swam in gulf during the day. Easy access to everything and traditions next door is pricey but amazing food, drink, and entertainment. Super clean, well stocked. If you don’t book here you are truly missing out! Flawless check in as well. We will definitely book again if we can find availability this one is a gem! Owner checked in with us via message day after arrival and we were so pleased with her hospitality!

Everything you need is right here. The accommodations were perfect for my family. Close to beach, restaurants and anything we wanted to visit. Everything needed for cooking and spending quality time with each other. Any questions were promptly answered. We will be back.

Great family vacation

The condo was well maintained with beautiful gulf views and easy access to the beach. There was plenty of space on the beach with families every 10 yards or farther and most times we were the only people at the pool. The condo was also well equipped with everything that we needed for the stay, such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher and laundry soap, spices for cooking, beach gear, nightlights in all rooms and even a travel crib for our baby. The keyless entry and checkin made it very convenient. The host was very responsive to questions. Overall, we loved it there and would return.

Wonderful stay!

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and happy stay at Sanibel! We especially loved the view from the lanai, the close proximity to the beach, the keyless entry, the cleanliness of the unit, and it’s location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Sanibel West Gulf Beach

Great location in a quiet 9-unit building on the beach with a nice building pool. We appreciated the beautiful view overlooking the garden and ocean. We enjoyed our meals on the screened-in lanai and appreciated the light-filled corner unit. Well-stocked condo made it an easy family beach destination.

Disappointed in VRBO and the host

Property was not ready at 4:00 as promised. We were told it possibly would be ready early. We arrived at 4 with groceries and had not heard a word from the host as she promised to let us know when it was ready. We walked in and the condo was a mess,food on the carpet,stains all over, mud tracked in,nasty food left in the fridge, and beds all unmade. We called her and she got back with us and said the cleaner. Had an accident. Then said things happen. Understood. But not being informed was unacceptable. We drove 10 hours that day and we’re exhausted. She said just go eat somewhere and it will get cleaned .We sat in the car in 50 degree weather not feeling like driving in the Saturday traffic to find a place to eat. Finally after an hour she sent us a gift certificate for dinner next door. Nice gesture but we were trying to stay away from crowds due to Covid and that’s why we chose the condo so we could fix our own meals. We didn’t hear back until about 6:30 and when we went in the beds were made ,they had mopped and emptied the fridge but the carpet was filthy with stains all over. We just went to bed and gave up. We should have refused the property but felt we had no choice. Besides this the pool wasn’t heated for the first week we were there and we again talked with the host and never got a response. Found out ourselves the propane was out and it took a week before we saw the truck refilled. We picked this condo for the heated pool because I had surgery before we left and needed it for therapy. Monday after we got there the host finally got someone to clean the carpets and said they would be dry in an hour or two. 5 days later they we finally dry enough to put the furniture back. She told us to but it back the next day but all the tables were metal and we didn’t want to be responsible for rust on the carpet. 3/4 f the condo is carpet and it was so wet it even soaked up on the bed skirts. We had to be bare foot the first week of the vacation. The 2 of us also spent 2 hours scrubbing the floors and bathrooms which we filthy. Toothpaste and makeup all over the walls in both bathrooms. Disgusting! With Covid this property wes a mess and not ready fo occupancy!!! In need of painting and a very deep clean. The headboard in the master had a huge layer of fur ball along with all the other undusted surfaces. Also the electrical is very unsafe, non working switches, flimsy extension cords tacked to the baseboards and when both
