Välkommen till Shorewood från Sanibel-enhet 1C. Vår lägenhet på första våningen är en tre sovrum / två badrum fullt utrustade bostadsrätt med en king size-säng i sovrummet, två enkelsängar och en full säng i det första gäst sovrummet och en full säng i det andra gäst sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har eget badrum och sittplatser inklusive en utklappad futon med gästbadrummet utanför köket. Vår lägenhet har också ett komplett kök, vardagsrum och skärmad Lanai med underbar utsikt ut mot Mexikanska golfen. Lounge i stil på våra high end teak veranda möbler. Att vara på den första nivån är unik eftersom Lanai har en privat spiraltrappa som leder till marknivån för enkel åtkomst till stranden och poolen. Shorewood of Sanibel har en gemensam pool och tennisbana. Vi tillbringade flera månader på att renovera vår lägenhet från topp till botten. Alla nya golv i hela, öppet kök design med granit bänkskivor och high end rostfritt stål apparater. Färg och färger samt alla nya möbler. Vi hoppas att du älskar Shorewood 1C så mycket som vi gör!

Very Nice Property

The condo and property are very nice. Very clean, great communication, and awesome location. We did have some issues with ants in the kitchen while we were there and guests from the condo on the other side of the tree line were parking in the parking spaces at our condo, making it sometimes very difficult to find parking. But overall it was a great vacation and very nice place for my family to stay.

Amazing Beach Condo

This place was beautiful and had lots of room for all of us to hang out. The location was great with a partial ocean view from the unit. The elevator made it easy to get everything in and out and made it easy on my grandmother. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach. It was so nice having beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. Check-in was simple and they were very responsive. Thank you for a great experience, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful vacation ready condo!

We had an amazing family spring break. Condo had all the essentials we needed and more. Was spotless & super clean on arrival. Beautifully updated & quiet location. We loved the screened in porch facing the gulf & using the beach chairs.

50th Celebration

We spent a wonderful week in this huge beautifully decorated condo. Great view, clean pool and the beach is right outside your door. Parking was easy, complex was quiet and clean, great location to get to everything Sanibel has to offer quickly. We will definitely check out your availability the next time we visit Sanibel.

Great location, great condo. The set up and beds was perfect for family.

I would definitely stay here again. Great location, great supplied condo. Beach chairs provided was very much appreciated being that we flew. The unit had everything you would need for a weeks vacation for all ages, to kids potty seat, step stools, blenders, flash light, beach equipment, the list goes on and on. We did need something fixed and replaced and it was literally taken care of within 2 hours of it being reported. Great service!

Beautiful Property

The condo was absolutely beautiful and was well equipped with all the amenities anyone could imagine. Ryan was a wonderful host and was quick to reply to any questions. We enjoyed a walk on the beach each morning, a good book at poolside mid-day & beautiful sunsets at night. Convenient location; great layout for families; highly recommended!

Beautiful renovation, wonderful vacation

We booked this unit before the renovation was complete and were thrilled with the final product. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were unsure whether beach towels were provided and packed them to be sure. There were beach towels at the unit, so save the space in your suitcase and use theirs. The unit has outside access to the back deck, so we were able to rinse off and carry our beach supplies up without going through the house. This was great and allowed us to avoid tracking sand in with us each time. The unit sits back a little and we came to like the short distance from the pool as well as the quiet that came there. The beach access was an easy walk and we found a great deal of shells just outside the unit. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely return. We visited some of the larger resorts on the island and all agreed that we preferred the quaintness of this complex. Thank you!
