TRENDY BEACH CONDO på bottenvåningen!

Känn dig som hemma medan du är på semester! Enhet 101 är en mycket populär, uppdaterad ö-lägenhet som vetter mot en lugn och frodig trädgårdsutsikt över bananträd, palmer och tropiska blommor. Det är vackert inrett och ligger bara några steg från stranden, poolen och tennisbanorna. Denna speciella enhet levereras med allt du kan förvänta dig och mycket mer. Det mycket välutrustade köket har en Keurig-kaffebryggare och dropp kaffebryggare plus en Cuisinart matprocessor och långsam spis. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar två hårtorkar, 3 plattskärms-satellit-TV och DVD-spelare (Blu-ray i vardagsrum och mästare), stereo-radio med CD-spelare, strykjärn / strykbräda och värdeskåp på rummet. Enhet 101 har den föredragna ändenhetsplanen, bekvämt belägen på första våningen med parkering precis utanför dörren. Den utökade sovrummet svit har en sittgrupp, bekväm king size-säng, klädkammare och privat badrum med dubbla handfat. Rymligt andra sovrummet har enkelsängar men kan göras till en kung på begäran. Det stora och ljusa vardagsrummet / matsalen leder till en 25 fot skärmad Lanai med utsikt över den frodiga tropiska marken. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar takfläktar i hela, central luft, sovsofa med queen size-säng, sängkläder och en startpaket med tvål, pappersprodukter och kaffe. Solstolar, paraplyer och flottor finns i denna enhet. Strandhanddukar finns att hyra eller köpa från vårt kontor på plats. Beautiful Condo!

Everything was wonderful at this condominium! We loved the kitchen and all the amenities it has, new appliances, etc. We cooked a lot there and it was very accommodating! We loved the porch to put our towels and rest on the chairs and not have to worry about the bugs coming in! Everything was easy to get to, the pool is accessible and well-kept, and the location being on the first floor was convenient bringing in/out luggage through the back door. We will try and reserve this condo again when we come back to Sanibel! Thankyou!

Great condo!

Stayed here in March for a girls trip! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was not far at all. My only complaint is that one of my friends twin bed kept falling apart. There weren’t. Slats under the mattress and one of them kept falling.

Nice place

The condo was spacious and had all the amenities. They do need more chairs by the pool area. The only other thing that needs to be addressed is the AC unit couldn't be set below 74 and on the hotter days it was too warm for sleeping. I'm just glad we weren't renting in the hot months. It would have been unbearable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely visit. We loved the property and how close it was to the beach. It was clean and quiet. There was a broken hair dryer in the master bath and the tub drain was very slow. It may have been nice to have salt and pepper there. Other than that we loved it and would recommend others to stay.

Great Vacation Spot!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exactly as described on the listing and the customer service was top notch...from the wonderful women who work in the office to the very helpful property manager to having bikes and beach towels and beach chairs available to the inclusion of key basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. We would 100% stay here again!

Nice condo with nice amenities

We used VRBO to rent this property. The process was very smooth. We had a ground level unit which was great for my mom, but there was also an elevator for the upper floors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some extra amenities with the condo that were appreciated such as beach umbrellas and chairs. The property sits right on the beach, so it was just a short walk to the beach from our unit. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Great beach vacation

Would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Short walk to beach and the beach chairs and supplies in the closet a bonus! Quiet area and lots of paths for walking or biking.

A lovely stay

This was our second time staying at Siesta Sanibel and we love everything about it. This particular condo had nice updates, and was great. Our only complaints would be that there were only 2 working beach chairs and 1 working umbrella that were all pretty dated, and we had 4 adults. The beach chairs were old and rusted as was the umbrella so they could all use updating. The other negative was the blender didn’t work which caused a few messes and a waste of food. We rented bikes for 3 days from the condos, which they gave us half off and we realized why — everyone just uses the bikes at their own will because everyone knows the lock combo so you could never guarantee your bikes would be there from day to day. It felt like with that system they should just include the bikes with your stay instead of charging. Overall it was a good stay, you’re in paradise after all.
