âEtt fantastiskt hotell med ett lika suverĂ€nt lĂ€ge mitt i stan. Till rĂ„ga pĂ„ allt fick vi hjĂ€lp av en mycket ung och lika trevlig och professionell ung dam i receptionen. Komplikationer hade tillstött. Hon gjorde allt för att lösa alla problem. Och lyckades.â
âGreat stay! Perfect location, quick check in (at the pub, because we artived after 6 pm) and nice breakfast. We got a room with windows to the back. Otherwise it might have been a bit noisy. The street has lots of bars. â
âAlways a pleasure staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and functional. I've never tried the breakfast, but there are several good options nearby. It's easy to get here from the main station both by U-bahn and by foot. Pempelfort isn't overrun by tourists, so it feels more genuine and laidbackâ
âAfter a warm welcome and really full service help concerning an early train ride the following morning I got upgraded to a suite.
Everything was in excellent condition and the staff attentive and professional. The breakfast was a dream and all egg dishes made to order, served on a hot plate. Included in the breakfast price. The machine making fresh orangejuice have to be my personal favorite. â

"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in DĂŒsseldorf. This was a sad experience."

"I like the area, arrived with bus so it was a couple of blocks walk to the hotel.
It's easy to confuse with the Holiday Inn right across the road.
The corridors and everything around felt new and soundproof in a way.
But as i got into my room and had a look around, something crawled. and yep, it was a silverfish.
I know they're not dangerous in any way and they can show up anywhere. But still it's not a nice thing.
Beside that i would definitly try this place again
