Good place to stay nearby Kotor with 10 min walk. Place run by a nice family with friendly dog Ice. We had the green room at the top with a lovely view over Kotor bay. Every day a new crousingship docks the bay. Fun to watch.
Room is small but works for two people, you share the tarrace with room next door but there are separated with some privacy.
Free parking is great (expensive in Montenegro). Wifi best ever bad. 150 mbit down.
AC works nice and comfortable beds.

“We had a wonderful 7-night-stay at MonteBay Perla. Perfect location for a family trip (5km outside of Kotor, with a little beach right in the front of the hotel), nice and kind staff, free parking at the hotel (very practical as we learned that parking can be a nightmare around the Bay, at least in July), magical view from the restaurant, the room was fresh, spacey and clean (we had a Junior Suite in the upper building) with a nice, big balcony. “Everything was clean, and great condition the kitchen is beautiful but also functional, they have this amazing coffee machine that I enjoyed every day there was a problem with the WC and they fixed it, they were very ”

“Nice hotel in the middle of Kotor's old town. Very helpful staff (got a lot of good tips and upgraded to a nicer room). Tasty local breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel is located in the very noisy area, a lot of night clubs and pubs located just outside the hotel so it is noisy during the night (until 1am or even longer). The hotel provided us earplugs so after the first bad night, other nights were more comfy. ”

“Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. Air conditioning was efficient and bathroom clean with a good walk in shower. A very enjoyable...

“This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again.”
