“Silvia was the most wonderful host. Can’t say enough good things - 10/10! She met us upon arrival and let us drop our luggage off early while the room was getting prepared for our stay. She did us a big favor by picking up our general audience/sposi novelli tickets for the Vatican the next day while we were on a day trip to Pompeii. Silvia was very responsive to our needs.”

“Ett supertrevligt boende med promenadavstånd till Vatikanen! Handdukarna byttes varje dag och när jag hade frågor angående in- och utcheckning så kunde jag chatta med boendets personal, som var väldigt behjälplig. Området för boendet kändes tryggt både dag- och nattetid. Ett superbra boende helt enkelt!”

“Ernesto was extremely responsive. My room was very clean, AC worked great and it was in a very good and central location.”

“Nuestra estancia estuvo súper bien. El único punto malo, es que el check-in es demasiado tarde, nos dejaron entrar antes sin ningún costo, pero siento que si es tarde para hacer un check in.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home 36! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was well organized, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. A special thank you to Bruno for his outstanding hospitality! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. His kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. We truly appreciated everything and would highly recommend...

“Centralt bra boende. Perfekt för att upptäcka Rom under några dagar. Mysigt med bilfri restauranggata utanför.”

“This place is walking distance to The Vatican and nearby restaurants. The check in process was very easy and straightforward. The room was clean, very well supplied with glasses, cups, coffee making supplies, utensils, snacks, water in the fridge, wine openers. Shower and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The balcony was nice to sit out on at night. Great location if you are visiting The Vatican. Walkable location. Would stay here again”

“Very responsive host. Checking in was swift. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The property was conveniently located safe.”

“10/5 stars!! We had such a wonderful stay here! The location in Vatican City was incredible, and you could see the statues of St. Peter's Basilica right from the room. There is an old school elevator in the building, a mini fridge in the room, and daily cleaning. The property itself was beautiful, with a cute balcony patio and so many lovely personal touches from the host that made our stay feel especially welcoming. Alessandro greeted us with cold water when we arrived, and gave us great...

“We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a...

“Ótimo quarto, muito limpo e localização maravilhosa, próxima do metrô, mercados e ao Museu Varicano”

“Clean room, air conditioning, shops nearby”

“The hotel was wonderful! It smelled so fresh and clean. The property managers were very nice and helpful. We were given coupons for each day for a coffee and pastry at one of the local shops and it was delectable. I highly recommend this property, not only for the location but for the beautiful scenery as well. Very close to shopping and attractions. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.”
