On the building’s rooftop you will find a shared saltwater swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and taking a refreshing dip on sunny days. The pool measures 5.5 x 3 metres and has a depth of 1.25 metres. In this pleasant communal area, you will also have access to an outdoor bathroom for added convenience and four sun loungers where you can sunbathe and unwind.

Located on the ground floor of a building with a lift, it offers a comfortable stay with an open-plan design that makes the most of every corner. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a welcoming space that combines the living-dining area and the kitchenette with basic equipment. The living room is equipped with Smart TV, central air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort at any time of year. One guest can sleep on the sofa bed. The kitchen, compact yet fully equipped, features a ceramic hob and all the utensils needed for your stay. There is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your belongings. In addition, a full bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. An iron and ironing board are also available.

The swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 October, every day from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The capacity of this property is 2 + 1 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 1 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
