A charming two-room apartment located in the heart of Sanremo near the Co-Cathedral of San Siro, on the first floor of a typical Ligurian building, accessible via a flight of 15 steps (no elevator). Completely renovated in 2025, the apartment consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a sofa bed and TV, a master bedroom with a large closet, and a bathroom with a window. A washing machine, induction cooktop, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are among the amenities provided.
The bedroom is furnished with a two-door closet (equipped with shelves, rods, and hangers), a large mirror, wall-mounted coat hooks, and a dresser. The mattress measures 160x190 cm. The room is complemented by two small nightstands with table lamps and decorative accents.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a single-bowl sink, and an under-counter refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, a moka pot, and an American-style coffee maker; the 70x80 cm table extends to 120 cm and comes with two chairs and a stool.
The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a second bed with a 140x190 cm mattress when needed; a wall-mounted smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of board games round out the amenities.
The heat pump air conditioning system provides cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.
Hot water is provided by an 80-liter electric water heater.
Cà de San Scì is located near the Co-Cathedral of San Siro (pedestrian zone); the Casino, the Russian Church, the bike path, the beaches, the Festival Palace, and other city landmarks are just a few minutes’ walk away. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, and all kinds of services in the surrounding area; paid parking is available (except on holidays and Sundays), as well as free parking spaces.
