"The breakfast and dinner was amazing, wide range of options which made the hotel feel more premium. The room was ok, clean but not the best ventilation so it could get hot.
The experience checking in at the hotel wasnât good. We were met by a receptionist who made us feel like we were not welcome at the hotel. We got an email the day we were travelling about a âpossible issue with my cardâ but thought everything was ok since we were paying on arrival. Nothing else. On arrival the receptionist was cold and started explaining the issue almost like he was angry about it, making us feel stupid. Have never experienced anything like it. Of course we wouldnât have travelled all day if we thought something was wrong. So we will look at other options next trip to Barcelona."
