Villa Can Titi is an authentic Ibizan country house, bright and functional, set in a very quiet natural environment near San Rafael, between San Antonio and Santa Gertrudis. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests, distributed across 3 double bedrooms and 2 spacious full bathrooms. Interiors are comfortable and well laid out, featuring a welcoming living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for relaxed stays with family or friends.



Outdoors, the property offers large covered and open terraces, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, relaxed meals, or simply unwinding in a natural setting. The finca also features open outdoor areas ideal for children.



Thanks to its strategic central location, close to San Rafael, Villa Can Titi allows easy access to both the north and south of Ibiza.



From the villa, guests can easily reach some of the island’s most popular and valued spots:



- Santa Gertrudis (≈ 10 minutes): one of Ibiza’s most charming villages, known for its bohemian atmosphere, quality restaurants, and local shops.



- San Antonio (≈ 15 minutes): ideal for beaches, coves, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere.



- Ibiza Town (Dalt Vila) (≈ 20 minutes): a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its historic old town, harbour, shops, and cultural attractions.



- West and north coast beaches and coves, such as Cala Gració, Cala Salada, or Benirràs, all easily accessible by car.

A car is essential during the stay. As is common with many country houses in Ibiza, the property does not have an official postal address. Prior to arrival, we provide clear directions and organise the reception, either directly at the house or at a nearby meeting point, where a member of our team will welcome you and accompany you for a personal check-in.
