The Loft with capacity up to 4 peoples offers the living room with TV, air conditioning/heating unit, a double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and full kitchenware for maximum capacity (4 people), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom (acces from de sleepingroom) with shower and hair dryer and a small balcony overlooking the street.
The Loft with air-conditioning/heating system for the whole year and wi-fi, is delivered with the main bed made.
La Rapita is the South gate of the Ebro Delta Natural Park (right hemidelta) where we find the Encanyissada and La Tancada lagoons, the Trabucador beaches and the partial Reserve of Punta de la Banya with important colonies of resident flamingos all year round. In the different seasons of the year, in the delta, we can observe 50% of the species of birds existing in the European continent, we are in one of the main zones of rest and feeding of the birds in their two annual migrations (spring and autumn).
You will enjoy of a mobile reception service and delivery of keys directly in the Loft (C/ Gorria, 26), at the same time it offers an ecotourism information service by technical personnel in Environmental Education, also certified by the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, if you need general eco-guides or specialists, ask for it in advance.
Environmental Measures- Piso Perfecto SL, (the management company) is certified by the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS) and in addition to energy saving measures, the Duplex has an installation for selective waste collection (organic-rest). It is our desire to continue advancing in these measures with influence on our climate, for this reason we will appreciate your participation in all senses (air conditioning energy consumption, water, garbage, etc.).
