Villa Aldebaran is a very charming property situated on the heights of Cala Carbo, in a privileged position just 10-minute walk and 5-minute drive from the beach; 10-minute drive from the beaches of Cala Vadella and Cala d'Hort and its restaurants; only a short drive from the village of San Jose and 30 km from Ibiza town, while the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away.
The villa is characterized by an Arabic style and from here you will enjoy outstanding view over the sea and Es Vedra.
It has 3 double bedrooms, 1 single room, 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate 7 guests.

The villa spreads over 2 levels:

The main level, that can be accessed through a nice patio with outdoor dining area. Here we find at the entrance a Moroccan living room with fireplace, international satellite TV and Hi-Fi system.
The living room opens onto a large terrace and the pool area.
Furthermore, there is the kitchen with dining area, equipped with fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine and coffee machine Nespresso.
On this level there are also 1 double room with queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom with 2 sinks and 1 single room.

On the lower level (with entrance through the garden) there is another 1 bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside the villa features a private 8x4 m pool, equipped with sunbeds and awning, an outdoor shower and Barbecue.

Neighbourhood and surroundings
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Included in the price: electricity, water and gas expenses, maintenance of garden and pool, 1 cleaning service upon departure and also during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Sheets and bath towels included. Laundry change during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: € 200.
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
