Es Turrió is ideal for a holiday with several families or friends. It is located on a hill, not far from Son Carrió in a quiet rural area. From here, there is a wonderful view of the sea and the coast from Porto Cristo to Cala Millor.

This villa is built on a slope and has 3 levels connected by an interior staircase. Each floor has its own character. The spacious distribution of the rooms and the harmonious interaction of modern and classic elements create an atmosphere in which one immediately feels at home.



The villa is surrounded by a garden, making it an ideal place to relax. The pool area with jacuzzi and terraces with sun loungers, as well as the spectacular views, create such a pleasant atmosphere that you almost don't want to leave the house. It is also an ideal place to enjoy the legendary Mallorcan nights.



Two barriers with wrought iron gates with electric opening lead to the main entrance with side parking and an entrance to the ground floor with covered parking for 4 vehicles and a large terrace for parking, as well as a children's play area, and a covered area with a ping-pong table. For the children's safety, the pool area is delimited by a wrought iron fence.



THE MAIN HOUSE consists of ground floor and first floor.

THE MAIN FLOOR forms the centre of the house with access to the path. The entrance is under a covered porch, from there one accesses the reception area, and from there a staircase leads to the basement apartment and goes up to the first floor. To the left of the reception area is the living room and to the right another door leads to the bedroom area.

LIVING AREA: dining room for 10-12 people, TV lounge with some sofas, with access to the covered terrace. The kitchen is connected to a terrace through a utility room.

BEDROOM AREA: a 38 m² suite with bathroom, lounge with sliding doors to the bedroom and access to the covered terrace. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub and 2 more bedrooms.

THE FIRST FLOOR has two bedrooms and a bathroom, one of them with a dressing room. The other bedroom has access to a 19 m² terrace.
