Vår bästa recension, vackra villa ligger i ett privat läge i byn, men det är fortfarande mycket nära alla bekvämligheter i vackra Binibeca. Renoverad i januari 2013, är villan i utmärkt dekorativt skick och har bra faciliteter, det har nu WiFi. Med en privat pool, ett härligt öppet kök, matsal och vardagsrum - det är det perfekta stället för din semester. Det finns en pool staket som kan ställas upp på din förfrågan för en 50 euro avgift - perfekt för barnsäkerhet. Det finns en fantastisk täckt uteservering med en grill för underhållande och det fantastiska badrummet sovrummet har bjälkar på det välvda taket, med sittgrupp och franska dörrar ut på uteplatsen. Det passar mycket bra för familjesemester, liksom tystare pauser för mindre partier. Det är bara en halv timmes bilfärd från flygplatsen (men det finns inget flygtrafikstörning) - vilket gör det till en snabb, lätt och lättillgänglig semester till ön Menorca. Barnstolar och barnsängar kan hyras. Du kan boka så många som du vill - men avgifter som betalas lokalt, se nedan.

A wonderful menorcan house! We have returned after spending 2 weeks in this fabulous house in a beautiful part of Menorca. Difficult to say what we enjoyed the most about it as the whole package- location, pool, beds, kitchen, roof terrace, outdoor cooking area, bathrooms- ideal for our needs. Would highly recommend and would return at the drop of a hat.

We had a lovely stay in the property. Lucie was very accommodating regarding our check-in time which was very helpful as our flight was early in the day. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was lovely and clean. We thought the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos which was great and we spent quite a few afternoons by the pool. Also having pool toys in the garage to use was a bonus and our 19 and 21 year olds made use of the lilos and water guns! The location was ideal and only a short walk to the beach. For restaurants we mixed it up with those in Binnebeca and those in Cala Torret as both were easy to walk to. Also the bus stop to Mahon was at the end of the road and the supermarket a very short walk. Thank you, it was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time in the villa. We had been to the house before years ago. And we have travelled to Menorca abt. 5 times before this May. The Villa was and is the nicest house we have ever rent on Menorca. It is very well equipped (you find everything you need, has a wonderful pool and garden with sunny places as well as shady spots. And it has a roof terrace with sea-view. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes from the house where we found all we needed. You also find a restaurant and ice-cream shop there and of course there is Binibeca itself with some nice restaurants and bars (also a rooftop bar with 3 different terraces ("Bambu"). The nice beach is within walking distance as well. We can fully recommend the house and would really like to come back soon.

Perfect for us!

Accurate to description Amazing to have pool fence - we had 2 crawling babies and two 4 year olds and was such a relief not to have to keep eyes on them around the pool. Garage amazingly equipped with beach umbrellas, inflatables for the pool, table tennis - brilliant! Kitchen really well stocked all things needed for cooking and eating. Brilliant to have plastic crockery too for children and picnics to the beach. Space was brilliant, the bathrooms were so big we actually put the babies cots in them so they slept in the bathrooms, the shutters on the outside when closed made it pitch black…the babies have never slept so well. Location excellent shops and bars at the bottom of the road. Nice that they are on their own private inlet, meant children wouldn’t run straight into the road from the drive. Two fridges - great for large families BBQ was used often and great. Everything was brilliant would definitely book again. Enjoy!

30th anniversary celebration with family

The Villa was fabulous, spacious, clean and close to shops and restaurants. In a quiet street. Pool was lovely. Thanks to Leigh for the recommendation of the tapas at the fish market in Mahon. Mahon only a bus ride away . Had our anniversary dinner in Bambu… fabulous sunset

Wonderful family holiday

Just had a great week at the villa with our family which included 3 children under 4. There is plenty of room in the villa and the kitchen is very well equipped and the BBQ was put to good use. The pool is really lovely and the fence made for a stress free week with our little ones running around. We had a problem with the aircon in one of the bedrooms which was sorted quickly, so thank you. The location is great, so peaceful and within easy walk to restaurants and a lovely beach. We enjoyed a day at Platja des Grau with shallow water perfect for the children. All in all we had a wonderful week and could have stayed longer. Hope to return one day. Thank you Lucie.

Lovely villa

My title is not original but does accurately describe the property. Easy to find on arrival. Located close to small supermarket and a couple of bars. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. In my experience you will have to go a long way to better this property. Outside was well furnished as well and a great barbecue for your use. If I were to visit Menorca again I would have to stay here.

Fabulous villa in an excellent location

We have just arrived home from a fabulous two week holiday. The villa had everything we needed and plenty of room and privacy for two families. We have stayed in Binibeca several times, and for us this villa was located perfectly for easy walks to the beach, restaurants and the rocks. Family holiday

Lovely villa in a great location. Ideal for young family. We managed easily without a car. The local supermarkets had everything we needed. Bars, restaurants and beach all an easy walk away. Pool with optional pool fence was perfect for toddlers and adults.

So good we came back again

Love this villa, we stayed a few years back and really enjoyed ourselves. Came back this time with almost a full house of family. There is loads of room, great facilities and superb location in Binibeca. Lucie has always been really helpful when I've asked questions. We'll be back again.

Lovely villa and pool, great holiday.

This is a gorgeous villa and pool in a really pretty holiday town. The property is very well kept and comfortable, it is fancy looking but with homely touches, we were comfortable there with children but it would have been perfect for a holiday with friends too. I loved all the different places you could sit, my favourite was taking my coffee up onto the roof terrace as the sun rose in the morning, but I also loved sitting by the pool and in the large living room. There are dining tables inside and outside and we enjoyed a barbecue one evening. The kitchen is well equipped, having 2 fridges was a bonus, and we kept our costs down by cooking at home quite a lot (the local Lidl and Eroski supermarkets helped). The pool is beautiful, we used it every day, I found it a bit chilly in October but that’s just me. Unfortunately we were there in mosquito season, it’s the price you pay for lovely warm weather in autumn, and we did get bitten a lot, there were lots of plug in mosquito repellents in the villa that we just got refills for so it was as good as it could be, I think recent storms produced more bitey insects than normal across the island this autumn. Binibeca Vell, the stupendously pretty fishing village, is only 10 minutes walk, most of it was closed for end of season but I would imagine it is very lively earlier in the year. The local beach is very sweet, a little sandy bay about 10-15 minutes walk away, and we hired a car to explore other beaches on the island ( Es Grau was my favourite, we watched a cormorant diving to catch his lunch and send up a spray of tiny silver fish jumping out of the water to avoid being lunch). Great week!

A great find!

The villa is in a great situation. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to the shops, transport and a beach. Its is very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Extremely well equipped and suits all ages.

Semaine exceptionnelle dans un lieu exceptionnel .

La villa est superbe , grande ,aménagée avec gout , pratique et située dans un cadre exceptionnel . Le quartier est calme , le jardin arboré avec une superbe piscine . Nous avons apprécié la situation proche de la mer et calme cependant . (+ quelques commerces proches )Il a été aisé communiquer avec Lucie , la propriétaire .Nous recommanderons cette location .et bien sur, nous avons adoré l'ile de Minorque !
