Villa Beatrice is all about the location! It is situated on a corner plot on the road leading down to Binibeca Beach which is within walking distance. A further stroll takes you to the charming fishing village of Binibeca Vell and Cala Torret. This 3 bedroom villa has a private pool where you can cool off and enjoy the Spanish sun. What's more there are distant sea views from the first floor terrace. WiFi, pool heating, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms plus air conditioning/heating in the lounge are included.

Villa Beatrice is located on a residential road heading towards the coast and Binibeca Beach. A short stroll takes you to the picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell and Cala Torret. There's a choice of bars and restaurants along the coastal road, with mini markets, shops and more bars and restaurants in the fishing villages. The sandy beach of Binibeca, is also a short stroll from the villa.

Main pool: 7.5 x 3.5 mtr, 0.9 - 1.7 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
