Cozy 3-bedroom villa in Binibeca with private pool, garden, and BBQ. Features 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and A/C in all bedrooms and the living room. Perfect location very close to all amenities.
Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. While it is a tourist area also reports calm and tranquility. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
It has restaurants, bars, supermarket, dive center, paddle surf kayak rental and bicycles, and only two kilometers from the Splash Sur Menorca water park.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful photos.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries located in the town of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometers from Binibeca. As a curiosity, do not forget to taste their wine jelly beans.
Just 9 kilometers from the airport and 10 from Mahón, the main city of the island where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy entertaining evenings in one of its terraces.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

Genial pero con mal regusto

Hola! En principio destacar el excelente servicio prestado por 3 villas!!! En cuanto a la propiedad a pesar de estar perfectamente ubicada entendemos q la vivienda cuenta con una pésima dotación de equipamientos de cocina y barbacoa! Además de utensilios q en función de su estado han de ser cambiados en cada estancia como por ejemplo la fregona! Destacar tb la ausencia de todo utensilio vinculado a la barbacoa, falta de cuchillos, copas y demás! Por eso creemos q todo y q la casa es correcta no justifica el elevado coste q ha supuesto! Reiteramos nuestro agradecimiento a Amanda por su excelente servicio, atención y predisposición en todo momento atendiendo cualquier petición q hemos realizado!! Gracias y saludos!!
