We recommend Saturday-to-Saturday stays with a duration of 3 to 7 days. If you would like to book a week that crosses different days, please contact us to confirm rates and availability.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to provide the best value for your stay, ensuring you only pay for the services you truly need. Our base rental rate includes everything necessary for a great experience, but if you’d like to add extra services, here are their costs:

Important Information on Rates & Payments
Credit card payments (Visa) incur a 3% surcharge for card processing fees.

Bank transfers are available with no additional cost.

Assistance service can be booked with either payment method.

Cleaning costs:

One-month stays: Two mid-stay cleanings, one at the end of each week (100 € each). Final deep cleaning at the end of the month: 350 €.

Heating/electricity/gas supplement: 800 €/month, charged based on actual consumption (applies to monthly rentals).

Late check-in (20:00 - 24:00): 45 €.

Late check-in (after 24:00): 70 €.

Security deposit: 3,000 €.
