helt okey ändå
Vi tyckte att detta påminner mer om ett gammaldags pensionat än ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Varm familjekänsla ändå och vi trivdes. Plus för extra säng förutom dubbelsängen. Minus för mycket liten duschkabin. Frukosten så där. Rent och snyggt. Helt okey på ett lite annorlunda sätt, mycket på grund av vänligheten och familjekänslan.

At breakfast, the staff were very keen on helping out. Since the breakfast ended at 9, we were a bit tired... There were scrambled eggs, not so common at the other hotels we stayed at in Italy. The pool area was really nice, and the noice from the train and church bells were not so annoying. All in all, a good starting point from your trips to Capri and Amalfi!

Trevligt, bekvämt men lite arrogant
Bokade Hotel Club dagen innan ankomst till ett förmånligt pris. Särskilt med tanke på den egna balkongen, tillgänglighet till pool samt gratis wifi (vilket förvisso bör vara standard men som inte alltid är det). Hotellet ligger i till Sorrento närliggande by. Byarna är ihopsittande och promenaden till Sorrento tar cirka 20 min, dock längs en smal, väl trafikerad gata. Frukosten ingår i priset men är inget att jubla över, den mättar helt enkelt. Som helhet rekommenderas hotellet som är ett fint trestjärnigt hotell om promenaden till händelserna kan tänkas. En varning kan dock utfärdas om personalen som när det inte är några problem kan utmärkt engelska. Vi fick dock uppleva en total omvändning av det trevliga bemötandet och kunskapen i engelska då vi under morgonen fick en parkeringsböter. Hotellets personal följde med ut till bilen när vi anlände och sa att vår parkering var perfekt och att vi bara kunde lämna bilen på den platsen på gatan. Ändå fick vi alltså en bot, och fick i efterhand reda på att vi behövde ett parkeringstillstånd. Vi ville bara få en ursäkt och försökte påtala att personalen bör informera turister om villkoren, men det vägrades och ingen ursäkt fick vi heller utan bara ett gapande på italienska och viftade med en egen parkeringsböter (som två i personalen använde och hävdade var sin egen).

The hotel and the staff were ok, but the room was too small and the bathroom was tiny, the shower was so uncomfortable to use it, and the room smell really bad, can’t barely walk into the room cause was too tiny.

Good afternnon.It's concerning to hear such things; first the room. You booked a single, but we freely upgraded to a double. The rooms are cleaned every day, so we really doubt it could have smelled bad. Nobody ever complained about the shower, so it's strange you are the first. You didn't even mention that we freely let you store the bags the day after, even if in some other places they charge you for that; such a shame. You barely stayed a night, if there really were any problems, you could have told us, and we would have handled them.

My stay here for 2 nights was wonderful, they have great rooms with air conditioning, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and all the staff were extremely helpful giving information about the area and public transportation. Only downfall I found with this hotel is that it is about 2km from the actual city of Sorrento meaning there are limited dining options around the area.

Très bon séjour de 8 nuits pour visiter la région. Hôtel proche de Sorrente, de la plage de sant’Agnello, des grands axes et de la gare. Personnels très charmants. Tout était parfait.

This was a great stay. My wife and I stayed for 9 nights! The best thing about Hotel Club is the staff. They are friendly and hospitable. If you get to know them and talk to them they will make sure you are treated like family. It was a pleasure to be apart of that during our stay. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. They have wonderful sub sections of the hotel, breakfast/dinner area, bar and lounge, pool area, and rooftop terrace. Great way to meet new people and not be in the room. The location in Sant’ Angello is awesome! Great big church across the street, and a choice of three different and fantastic bars across the street. The train station is down the street (5 min walk) and great restaurants, we recommend Ristorante Moonlight. Overall Hotel Club is simple, sweet, and the perfect place if you want to enjoy your stay in the Sorrento area. 5 out of 5 stars!

This was our second time we stayed at Hotel Club and had once again the privilege of enjoying the hospitality of the kind and lovely personnel as well as the cozy atmosphere at the hotel. The extended continental breakfast is very good serving a nice range of choices. Hotel rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. The bed is very comfortable and our rooms have been with a view to the small pool area. We love the location in Sant'Agnello as it is just enough outside the crowded center of Sorrento with just a 15-20 min walk from Piazza Tasso. There is also a bus connection just around the corner to Sorrento and near Piazza Tasso. The Sant'Agnello area is also worth getting acquainted with and has a few good restaurants. Grazie ancora e arrivederci alla prossima volta!

Not 4 star
Definitely not 4 star. Approx 10min walk from sanit Angelo train station, beds rock hard and lumpy thin pillows which made it almost impossible to have a good nights sleep which affected our whole trip. Room was large though with balcony over looking pool and well insulated considering right next to train line. would prefer smaller room with a good mattress. Shower pressure was good if you could fit in, the smallest shower I’ve ever seen, 66cm x 66cm. Don’t drop the soap as you can’t pick it up and trying to wash your hair with your arms hitting the sides was difficult. Kettle in room but no tea, coffe or milk. Our fridge didn’t work , nore did other guests we spoke to. It is clean and the pool was great to come back to after a long day out to cool off in though. Breakfast average, cold eggs and not even much of a continental. Would not stay here again or recommend , mainly due to the bad bed, pillows and tiny shower.

Disappointing
Unfortunately this is the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in and the smallest shower stall. Very disappointing barely enough room for 2 people. The staff were nice so that helped. Pool was just ok. The breakfast was not gteat but at least it jad coffee. The hotel could do with an upgrade overall. Pictures provided are from like 5-6 years ago. Our room wasn't even shown. About a 30mins walk to Sorrento. Overall i wouldn't go back or even recommend

Davvero pessima esperienza... Prima sera... Entro in una stanza che tutto sembrava meno che meritevole di 4 stelle. Caldo, caldo umido, chiedo alla reception di attivare l'aria condizionata ma mi rispondono che è attiva ma che la stanza avrebbe necessitato di tempo per raffreddarsi. Balla... L'aria che usciva dal bocchettone era poca e odorava di stantio. 7.00 di mattina vengo svegliato da miasmi nauseabondi come se fosse scoppiata una fogna. Chiedo un cambio stanza ma rimango 3 ore nella hall ad aspettare. Intanto vado a fare colazione... Mai vista una tristezza simile nella scelta del cibo. Finalmente mi mettono a disposizione una stanza più accogliente e curata, ma come ciliegina sulla torta a fine soggiorno mi presentano 24€ di parcheggio di cui non mi era stato assolutamente prospettato il costo aggiuntivo. Chiamarlo parcheggio poi... Una specie di campagna simile ad un corridoio sterrato e malmesso stretto e accidentato dove se sei vestito in maniera elegante è un guaio arrivare. Colpa mia che non ho chiesto...pago e stop. 4 stelle tutte cadenti...a mai più!

Overall well kept and managed hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help and were clear with directions. Pool is well maintained and surrounding area is safe with good restaurants. Only issue being that there was no laundry available despite it being advertised on the website, however the staff were apologetic and advised me on the closest laundromat. Very nice stay!

Lovely hotel. Bedroom and bathroom spotless clean. Comfy bed. Big balcony for us to sit on a night with a glass of wine. Large selection of food for breakfast. Friendly and pleasant staff nothing to much trouble. Roof terrace and jacuzzi if wanted at additional cost. A 30 minute walk into Sorrento or you can catch the bus or train.
