Topphotell som har allt och lite till.
Vilket fint hotell! Hotellet ligger i kanten på Sorrento så det är en bit in till centrum men det går en gratis shuttle till och från hotellet varje timma. Här finns allt på hotellet. Fantastisk frukost med en underbar utsikt här kunde man även äta middag, en takterrass med utsikt som är magisk och har en dj på kvällen. Baksidan av hotellet är som en liten oas med en stor pool, bar, restaurang, det är gott om sittytor. Spat utnyttjade vi inte. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett rum med utsikt över havet. Rummen hade allt som man behöver och det var som nytt. Vi var tre personer och vår dotter (17år) fick en riktig säng. Sängarna var perfekta. Passar de flesta varken för mjuka eller för hårda. Något som ingår är tillgång till stranden. Från hotellet rakt ner till stranden med en hiss genom berget. Solstolar och parasoll ingår. Överallt får man annars betala för tillgång till strand förutom en liten publicbeach i Sorrento. För de gäster som betalade kostade det 37€ för ett parasoll och två solstolar/ dag. Glöm inte baren vid receptionen i början på kvällen där du kan njuta av lite småplock som de bjuder på till din drink. Sist men inte minst, vilken fantastisk personal på hotellet, skulle nog säga att av alla hotell vi varit runt om i världen låg detta i topp. Inget konstlat utan en äkta glädje med en fantastisk service som gör att du gäst njuter av att vara på hotellet.

Bästa utsikten
Mycket bra hotell med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Maten var bra. Frukost buffén kunde ha varit bättre med mer grönsaker.

Fantastiskt utsikt
Jag och min familj tillbringade några dagar på detta hotell utanför Sorrento. Läget vid havet är fantastiskt vackert. Hotellet är välskött, personalen mycket trevlig, maten god och hotellområdet är mycket vackert t ex poolområdet, rooftop baren, restaurangen, rummen osv. Vi var mycket nöjda med denna vistelse. Hotellets shuttle till och från Sorrento centrum fungerade perfekt och var utmärkt sätt att ta sig in till centrum. Vi tyckte det var toppen att bo lite utanför staden.

Skönt hotell
Väldigt bra och stort poolområde med bar och restaurang. Frukosten högst upp i hotellet med fantasktik utsikt över havet och Vesuvio i fjärran. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Läget är ett minus, ligger en bit från centrum men har shutttlebussar som går regelbundet. 5 minuters resa.

Bekvämt men lite för lång till Sorrento
Hotellet var ungefär som vi förväntat oss - helt okej. Fick ett standardrum med balkong på första våningen mot gatan. Trevligt rum, dessvärre ingen havsutsikt från balkongen. Vi spenderade dock inte speciellt mycket tid på hotellet, eftersom vi var där för att se oss om. God och rejäl frukost och trevlig personal. Det som kan vara bra att känna till är att det är en bit in till Sorrento. Att gå tar cirka 25 minuter. Hotellet har en shuttle buss som kör visa tider på dagen men om man vill ha maximal frihet så skulle jag välja ett hotell som låg närmre Sorrento, som är en väldigt trevlig stad att spendera kvällarna i. På dagarna rekommenderar jag utflykter till Capri & Amalfikusten. För att ta sig dit: Tåg från Neaples, som stannar på stationen Sant Agnello. Därefter kan man gå (om man orkar dra väskorna efter sig), tar cirka 10 minuter till hotellet.

This hotel was a dream! The service was outstanding. The food was amazing. The view from the restaurant and the rooftop was breathtaking. The walk to town was lovely and took about 20 min. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

What didn't I like about this Hotel? This was the absolute best experience I ever had with any trip I've taken. The Location and views were stunning. The team and staff were impeccable and actually elevated my experience visiting Italy. I waited my whole life to make this trip and Hotel Mediterraneo and its staff exceeded my every expectation. A big shout out to Aniello Somma who was just an absolute pleasure and a big reason why this will not be my last visit to this establishment.

Fantastic stay. Hotel is a top notch property. Staff literally go above and beyond and treat guests like royalty. Amenities and facilities including pool, rooftop bar, and beach access make it worth every penny. Yes it is pricey but if you fan afford it you will but regret the stay. Highly recommend staying here. As an Expedia VIP member, they did offer me a room upgrade but only late on the last night of my stay, because they were fully booked, but I declined because even the room they had given me was fantastic with a large balcony and beautiful view of the pool and the nature around the hotel.

Amazing place to stay. Have a shuttle right to town. Beautiful views. The front desk managers are there 24/7 I swear they don’t sleep, they really do an incredible job. The breakfast staff and the view is like out of a movie. I said it for another stay but I’ll say it for this stay as well the staff is what makes this place 5 stars they are working overtime and are incredibly friendly no matter where you are from. I would stay here again.

The location is perfect. Close to Capri and Pompeii. Beautiful views of the coast and Mt Vesuvius. Excellent food. Great amenities. There is even a spa. The staff is exceptional. Greeting us personally and making sure we have everything we need. Arranging transportation and even getting us a special breakfast early so we could go for our tour. I recommend this hotel highly. Pina and her staff were phenomenal.

The on-site amenities were excellent and mostly included. The spa was competitively priced although we didn't use it. walkable front a tramway station or to their shuttle from the ferryport. Convenient and wonderful

The staff are amazing, absolutely incredible. Customer service is off the charts. They all are so accommodating. I wish I could rate it higher. The hotel is gorgeous and the breakfast is outstanding. I have nothing negative to say. They seem to do everything right at the Is hotel. Highly highly recommend!! Worth every penny
