Villa Tiara is a spacious four-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Tiara you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings. Villa Tiara is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the bus stop at 150 meters (490 feet) and the Marinella beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards). You will reach Villa Tiara from the parking area going down approximately ten stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Tiara. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two small cars (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller), not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going up approximately five stairway steps. The above-ground pool is 1.8 meters (6 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 50 centimeters (1.6 feet) deep. It is heated. The area is equipped with two sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the patio you will have a view of the nearby buildings.
Verandah
The verandah is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the patio. Is equipped with two sofas. From the verandah you will enjoy a view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with handmade tiles with inlaid designs, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant, and include two sofas and an armchair. The two dining tables can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. In the living room of Villa Tiara you will find an elevator.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a corridor. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a five-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from a living room through a corridor. Laundry room

This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. The fifth bedroom is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped. The room has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). There is a nice fireplace. The furnishings include a bench and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room has a window, as well as two roof windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Basement FloorWellness room with bathroom
At Villa Tiara you will find a wellness room with an exercise bike, a treadmill, a home gym, a sauna and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2.2 by 2 meters, 7.2 by 6.5 feet). This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
