- Location is very lively and you will see people constantly.
- Floor are cement so there will always be dust, please be assured we do our best to keep the place 100% cleaned.

Big Mistake
This property was not as specified. Said it slept 6, nope. Sleeps 4. Sofa bed was dirty and disgusting and broken. Beds only had fitted sheets. No top sheets or blankets. Listing said washer and dryer included but apparently they no longer provide this (this was one of the reasons we chose it). Host would not return phone calls and refused to refund any of our money. We had to stay in a hotel because this place was not sanitary.

Simple Stay
This would be a good place to stay for a family of four and if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the apartment. It’s pretty bare bones. Not the type of place you could cook in but if you use it like a hotel and only sleep here it’s perfect. There is the 4th Street Market underneath with lots of places to eat/drink. Host was very responsive. Check-in info is sent an hour before checking in. Some of the messages are auto generated and have inaccurate/old info. Doesn’t have a washer/dryer. Only has towels and plates for four people. Has enough sheets for all the beds but doesn’t have a blanket for the rollaway. As said in other reviews it is loud since it’s right in the middle of town and there is construction going on. The apartment is next to the elevator so there’s a lot of foot traffic that you hear. Felt safe.It was very clean minus the normal wear and tear a rental gets. Three things to note: 1.If you have mobility issues this is a tricky place to stay. There are stairs into the complex from the parking garage and the only way to use the elevator up to the apartment is from the street. 2. If you have dogs there is no pet relief area and you have to walk them around the block. Also walls are thin and high traffic area so if your dogs spook easily this is not a good space for them. 3. Could never get the parking fob to work so we ended up paying for parking which is $10 a day per car. Overall it was a good stay that met our needs.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOST
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a vacation rental! Our host has been difficult to deal with, we arrived to our location to find the location dirty!! We found dead bugs on the floor and live COCKROACHES everywhere! I have made over 7 calls to the emergency number with no response! The text support only replies for me to submit a claim. I had to leave and find another place with 3 kids in LA 1,600 miles away from home! I have pictures and video! VRBO has awful customer service support!

So Close…
Overall this was the perfect spot for us this past week. Great location to hit Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and San Diego is a scenic 2 hour drive down the coast. Here’s the caveat; the entire neighborhood is being revamped, so lots of noise and road closures. This has be going on for awhile, so mentioning of that would’ve been the right thing to do. I understand this might turn some away from renting the space, but it’s not just a small portion under construction-it’s all of downtown Santa Ana! The space itself was awesome with adequate space, a smart tv, washer/dryer, and parking. That being said, the construction noise was extremely intrusive and it started at 3am! Luckily we’re from the east coast, so our body clock that was 6am. There were a few other little things we gave the owner as feedback, but nothing that would stop us from renting again…once the construction is complete 😉

Great Location and comfortable!
Spotless Condo in a great location. Grocery store, restaurants, and nightlife all within a 2 block walk. Comfortable beds, everything you need was provided. Some construction noise was close, but that is only temporary. Attached parking garage with assigned space is a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.
