“Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund...

The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. “The apartment was clean and beautiful. We used the gym and each visit we were the only ones there so had our choice of equipment. Sound travels and there are single pane windows so be careful if your group is loud after 9pm. ”
