“They don't even have a blow dryer in the room they took a $100 deposit from me for reserving the suite I called to say that I was going to be 15 minutes late I was 5 minutes past that 15 minutes and checking out and they keep my entire deposit when I went to the manager to speak to them about it they went in the other room and close the door behind me and when I would call they would just hang up on me they have no pool they have no view they don't have a nice location they have absolutely no...

“The room was dated. The sliding door to the bathroom would not stay closed and had no lock. We had to wedge something in it to keep it closed. The sleeper sofa was very worn and no blanket or pillow was in the trim for it. We called the front desk and it took about an hour to get pillows. When I asked about the blanket they said they had none and they would look and let me know. They never got back to me. My 8 year old son slept with his clothes on and a sheet for a blanket.”
