Husdjursvänliga hotell i Santa Ana

“Trevligt, men enkelt. Rent och prydligt! Långsamt Wi-Fi! Saknar frukosten! Massvis med TV-kanaler! Vill inte klaga på någonting beträffande hotellet! Jag trivdes jättebra den vecka jag bodde där! DOCK!!! har jag ett stort minustecken. Jag bokade (och betalade) en hyrbil via Hotels.com Den dök aldrig upp!?! Inget svarsmail. Inget! How ´bout that?”

“Decent rooms, easy to access off highway, parking is a bonus for the area. Only con is no free breakfast.”

“Strange breakfast proceedure. Felt like the pandemic was still ongoing”

“We asked for sheets for the pull out bed, they came back after an hr with fuzzy yellow blankets. The room was clean but not as clean as our previous stays.”

“The entire property smelled like CANNABIS! The room had an OVERWHELMING smell of pot to the point we had requested to move to another room which was a little better. You go outside and the property is surrounded by the smell of pot.”

“Room was clean and property was well maintained.”

“Overall average, someone’s car was alarming in the middle of the night but staff did not care to check whose car was that”

“My recent stay was unfortunately not ideal, as the air conditioning unit was leaking and I was unhappy about being relocated to another room that was much smaller. Additionally, some amenities, such as the elevator buttons, were broken. Although I rated the hotel highly during my previous visit, this experience was disappointing and suggests that the property would benefit from some maintenance and improvements.”
