Ricky was super responsive and helpful - more than any other. VRBO host I’ve ever dealt with. The house was new and so clean. We needed extra supplies and they were provided quickly. If you’re going to Disneyland or the Anaheim area this house is a must stay!

We would give it 5 stars for the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the owner! The house was well kept -couple of things which were a bit disappointing but not to take away a star 1) There are NO glasses for water or drinks 2) The area around the home seems very run down and blighted ( you will find no parking ) outside the house it was always filled with pick up trucks and others vehicles so if you have more than 3 cars it’s bit of a challenge ! I would give 5 stars for the host who responded within minutes and was accommodating!Some minor hiccups

This place was perfect for our family size. Had a ton of space. Rooms were spacious and clean, kitchen had everything we needed and lots of stores and restaurants near by. I will say that the neighborhood was a little sketchy though. Really happy they had an iron gate all around the property. Makes sense now why they did. There seemed to be alot of gang activity around. One house threw a super loud party till 7 am, no joke 7 am and there was a straight up huge fight out in front of the house at like 4 am. We used this house specifically for Disneyland only so we basically only slept in the home. All in all we were all safe and unharmed and had a good trip.

This was our first time here in Santa Ana and this house was the perfect accommodation for all of us attending our granddaughter’s graduation from UC Irvine. Very clean and spacious. The owner was also quick to respond which was great!

Great HUGE home with bedrooms and beds galore. Had a lot of the extras (soap, detergent etc) so we should have checked first before going to Walmart (or read descriptions DUH). Would stay again if in the Orange area. 15 mins to everything.

Nice house, great communication, neighbors to the left sucked.

The house is nice. The mattresses were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The neighbors to the left were almost unbearable. They somehow called us and told us our truck was blocking their driveway and was going to be towed, when in fact we weren't blocking their driveway. Then once we left for the day they moved all of their cars in front of the VRBO house so we had no where to park the truck once we got home.

Family holiday

We had a large family holiday vacation. House was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us (16). There was plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and even an EV plug for our charger in the garage. Ricky was very responsive to any issue.

Decent property

The house that was perfect for our group of friends, offering ample room and a nice layout. The size and amenities made it an ideal gathering spot, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues. The floors were particularly problematic, leaving our feet black from dirt after walking around and surfaces not wiped down. It was clear that a deep clean was needed, which was disappointing. The house is not in the greatest of areas but the hosts did a great job at making the house safe. Not too far of a drive to Disneyland which was nice for our group. The house overall has great potential, just wish it was cleaner upon our arrival.

Amazing Vacation Home!

This vacation home was beautiful and very spacious. It was able to accommodate 13 of us very comfortably. In addition, the location was great. It was near to a grocery store and Walmart. Disneyland was just a short drive away. We would definitely considering staying here again!
