Property description and photos were good representations of this house. We stayed for 6 weeks, and enjoyed the entire trip. We had our two dogs, who enjoyed napping in the sunny backyard. The backyard was small, but sufficient for our two 40 lb dogs. Short walk to State Street, and near the courthouse. High school was only two blocks away, but did not notice any disadvantage to that. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. La Super Rica is about a mile away and should not be skipped if you are street taco aficionados (phone in your order or allow plenty of wait time). Street is a little busy, but not unexpected for a close-in neighborhood. Arroyo Burro beach is a couple miles away, and it is a great off leash dog beach (with dog wash facilities). The pedestrian path along the beach is about a mile walk from the house, and it’s about 3.5 miles along the beach, including a walk through Shoreline Park. We prepared a lot of our own meals, and the house was stocked very well with all kitchen items you would likely need. Good cleaning supplies included, as well as plenty of towels, pillows, bathroom supplies, etc. This house provided a great respite from our Colorado winter, and we would not hesitate to rent this property again.
