Excellent location and comfortable apartment
We had a lovely time in Santa Barbara. The apartment was in a great location, with a lot of restaurants very close by. The apartment had everything we needed.

Wonderful Santa Barbara stay!
We loved our stay at this fantastic property! It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked and perfectly located very close to the beach/wharf and many businesses in the Funk Zone. Highly recommend and we will definitely return if /when we are back in SB.

Great stay and location
We had a great long weekend stay at the property. It was easy to check in and they were very accommodating to us. The place is lovely and just as advertised, great location 2 blocks from the beach and State street on a nice quiet residential street. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Loved Santa Barbara
The unit was very comfortable for the three of us. Great location and clean. Our host surprised us with a champagne bottle in the fridge. We had mimosas every morning! Kitchen supplies included a Nespresso style machine with coffee. Everything was nearby. The Santa Barbara airport is only 15 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent location. Pretty place. We’ll-appointed and supplied with everything needed. Heating system was a bit uneven ( but we had unusually cold, rainy weather). Biggest draw back was the street noise and train noise but not enough that we wouldn’t come back. Very nice property.

Incredible location!
My 3 friends and I stayed at the Beach Getaway #2 for 3 nights. The location was absolutely amazing...EVERYTHING was just a 5-10 minute walk away! The unit was VERY clean and had everything we needed. The only small complaint was that it was a bit stuffy in the evening since there is no AC. If we had some fans we would have been fine. Other than that everything was perfect during our stay! Thank you so much!!

CLEAN and well appointed!
Great location! Nice extras like espresso machine, pods, creamer and sugar (if you want drip, bring your own). Newer appliances. Great patio. Nights can be noisy when windows open (no AC) but that is due to its great location. Easy parking for our one car.

This place was so cute and much more charming and spacious than the photos show. We were able to easily walk to the beaches and into town. The place had everything we needed and I would stay here again.

Great location
We had a great stay. Location is perfect. Great patios. Kitchen has what you need for a short stay. We were two couples (no kids) in town for a family wedding. Really enjoyed ourselves. Only drawback — there aren’t any fans in the unit, so the windows need to be open all the time to mitigate the stuffiness, which makes the unit surprisingly noisy. An acoustic fishbowl.

The apartment was immaculate, exactly like the listing and was in the perfect location. The lack of air conditioning may bother some people, fans were provided and when you open the windows the house was cool. The building felt very secure.

Great place!
My mother husband and child stayed here a couple nights. It was a great place and a great location. I loved having a full refrigerator and kitchen to cook breakfast. The outside area was very enjoyable.

LocATED IN a lovely Santa Barbara neighborhood
Perfectly located within walking distance of West beach, downtown, and the Funk zone. Clean and quite well stocked with kitchen utensils. The welcome bottle of "bubbly" was a nice touch. Although the unit isn't large, having two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great as was the small private patio. Quite noisy in the early am from passing traffic and on the weekends at night.

Great stay in quiet location
This is a great two-bedroom property with walking access to the pier and waterfront. The apartment was quiet and spacious for three adults. We wish it had been warm enough to use the two beautiful outdoor spaces, but we did find the entrance so welcoming each day when we returned. The private laundry was a huge plus!

Great location and cute unit
Location is great making it easy to walk everywhere. Unit is cute with a nice patio area, which helps make up for how small the unit is inside. Overall, the unit was clean; however, the couch is aged and a bit musty smelling. Would help to have it cleaned or replaced. On the evening of check in, I found out the cable tv service was not active, so had no tv the first night. A service person did fit it the next day along with broken blinds in the 2nd bedroom (both should have been fixed before we checked in).

Small in square footage but clean pretty-well stocked & great location to Funk Zone
We were 2 couples. We enjoyed the location & the apartment/condo. Be aware that there seems to be no air-conditioning either, the fireplace proved to be fine for heat, unsure about air we we just opened our screened windows. The owner/managers were accommodating about letting us check in earlier thatn 4 pm , which I thought was a bit late, and letting us leave our luggage there for awhile due to a late flight. when leaving Note to owners: need to replace vertical blinds in 2nd bedroom that kept falling down. Also would be helpful to know exactly what kind of coffee maker is there and perhaps a local grocery delivery service to be utilized.

The location of this property can't be beat! Everything was in order, but I wish I had a different room that had more living space. If the weather permits, there is a nice living area outside however.

Location, Location, Location - Perfect Escape to Santa Barbara
The property is very charming and perfect for up to four people. The outside patios are lovely to enjoy and the owners were very kind and helpful. Everything is easy walking distance. You can really park your car and never drive the entire time. We did drive a couple of places to visit, but a car really isn't necessary. The house is in a residential area very close to the main parts of town. You can easily walk to State Street, the train depot, Stearns Wharf, East and West beaches, and the Funk Zone. There are countless restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can hear the traffic at night if you keep the windows open, but once you close them it's pretty quiet. Overall, a great place to stay!

Best location for vacation or weekend getaway in Santa Barbara
walking distance to good beaches, eateries and summer activities. The house itself was quite elegant and enjoyable and quite private. We enjoyed decor. in and outdoor of this place too. I'd say this is best location and place in the West Beach of Santa Barbara.

Great location and outdoor space
We enjoyed the stay and the place was well represented in the pictures. The outdoor patio and front outdoor spaces were a wonderful addition to the indoor space. The only problems we had were with the TV (no instructions at all on how to operate), and working the gas range and oven. The instructions for that could be improved to make it easier to figure out.
