“Great location and excellent facilities! We had booked a room through hotels.com but something had appearantly gone wrong 'cos when we got there we were told that there wasn't a reservation!! The staff handled it well though and we were put in a small room the first night and a better one the following day. Classy decor and staff and great value for money. The staff are just wonderful, so delightfully friendly and warm”
