Booked this place as it is located close to the airport and offered transfer. As stipulated, I contacted the hotel to pre-book the the transfer and gave details of our time and flight no. I asked the hotel to confirm the transfer service. The hotel did not reply. I send several messages, I send e-mails and I called. No reply whatsoever.
This place is a fraud!!!
I contacted hotels.com to help me out but they did not either manage to reach the hotel.
