Tastefully decorated, this chic house with 109m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. It has access to 2 balconies to enjoy the fresh air. You can also access a private patio with outdoor furniture on the ground floor.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first and second bedrooms are pleasant spaces with a queen bed and a wardrobe, and the third room has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

There is space for two cars inside the property and plenty of additional parking for free outside the property.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The entrance and the BBQ are shared with guests in the studio.

Please note: Two units are located at the same address within the same property. Both units share the same grounds, and the driveway parking is reserved exclusively for the group staying in the main house.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a fantastic starting point for exploring the area's top attractions. The property is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the city center. Just a short distance away, visitors can marvel at the impressive Cristo Rei statue and relax at the beautiful Praia do Garajau beach. After a day of sightseeing, guests can enjoy a delicious meal at nearby restaurants like Frango da Guiia 2 Garajau, Lareira Portuguesa 2, and Nico's Burger. With its convenient location and proximity to popular attractions, This is the perfect spot for travellers looking to experience the best of Madeira.

There is a park near the property for kids to play and a garden ( Jardins do Garajau).

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Madeira Airport is just a 15-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
