Madeira Ocean View by Atlantic Holiday is a comfortable studio apartment located in Caniço, ideal for up to two guests. The open-plan layout combines sleeping, living, and dining areas into a practical and welcoming space, making it well suited for couples or solo travellers looking for a convenient base near the coast.



The studio features a double bed and a bright living area with natural light and views towards the ocean, creating a pleasant setting to relax after a day exploring the island. The bathroom is equipped with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.



The kitchen includes necessary appliances and utensils, such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, as well as cutlery, plates, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. Additional features include air conditioning, a washing machine, hairdryer, and a smart TV with box.



Reis Magos Beach is approximately a ten-minute walk away, and the surrounding area offers small supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport options are also available nearby, making it easy to explore Madeira.



Please note the apartment is accessed via stairs, and parking is available on the street. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Check-in is from 16:00 until 05:00. Smoking inside is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
