Welcome to Palmeira Apartment by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable two-bedroom apartment located in Santa Cruz, Madeira Island, offering a partial sea view from the balcony and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Suitable for up to 4 guests, it is an excellent choice for couples, families, or friends looking to explore the island while enjoying a welcoming place to return to.



The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other, en-suite, with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.



The living area is ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Madeira and includes a TV with a box. The apartment has a private parking spot.



Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request, making the apartment suitable for families travelling with young children. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning. Please note that smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
