The apartment has 2 balconies, great for outdoor dining, and relaxing, and filling the apartment with natural light.
In Penthouse is part of the Paradisus complex, and has a communal swimming pool, and garage. It is just a 5-minute drive from the highway, and 2 minutes drive from restaurants, cafe´s and supermarket.

It is also very unique: Lady U is the official mascot of this penthouse and she is always ready to welcome you. You are invited to take her out on your many travels through out the island, take photos, and share this on social media.

The Penthouse has 1 bedrooms and has capacity for 2 people, and is approximately 90 m².
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, electric heating, communal swimming pool, garage, TV.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The Penthouse Paradisus, located in Santa Cruz, is subject to the tourist tax (eco taxa).


Check in times are from 16h. In the event of availability, early check ins are possible.
The supl fee for late arrivals from 22h00 to 00h00 is 20,00€
The supl fee for arrivals after 00h00, is 40,00€

Check outs are until 10h00. In the event of availability, a late check out can be possible.
