“This was unfortunately the worst stay on our trip through South America. Not nearly as good as the pictures show! When we first arrived the rooms had gecko-fecis on doorposts and splines. I understand that animals get in, but it isn't that hard to check the rooms beforehand for a last cleanup before guests arrive. Shower worked inconsistently, would lose pressure and turn hot after a minute or two, which is the last thing you want after a blistering day in the sun. The air condition couldn't be...

“Donna communicated with us before our trip to provide information about arrival and to offer transportation assistance from the airport. Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. On one of the tours she was our guide. That was so helpful.”
