“No heating in the rooms and it gets pretty windy in the area. The restaurant and rooms in need of renovation however staff is very welcoming and food was good. The road leading up to this place is in terrible condition.”

“Fint hus med bra kök, sängar etc. Kan vara kallt och inga restauranger i närheten. Bra frukost. För middag/lunch tar du bilen antingen till restaurang eller till affären för att handla ingredienser så att du kan laga maten själv.. Trevlig ägare som kan berätta och ge tips på bra engelska.”

“Very prompt responses and issues were resolved quickly.”

“Fantastic views, good programs to choose from, nice food. Rooms were very nice and shower was the best! Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of wildlife in the area. Great walks around the property with amazing views.”

“AMAZING property. Stayed in Glass House 1.0 as part of our honeymoon & it was an absolute dream. Beautiful views. Great staff. 100/10”

“We loved our stay at your spacious little apartment. The room was perfect and the plants and trees there were beautiful. Our host, Arelys, was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our outings. Her experienced husband took us on a night walk in the cloud forest and taught us a lot about the local flora and fauna. It was very educational and a lot of fun. Pura Vida! ”

“The very best hotel. Service was wonderful, views aswell and the three tours we did were so much fun and well planned. ”

“Great place to stay! Single rooms are perfect if you'd like to have your privacy and do not want to spend on Hilton :) You have your own little bathroom included. Kitchen is tiny but equipped enough for guests' needs. Reception staff is very helpful and will advise and organize everything you need during your stay in Monteverde. One of the best hostels I've ever been. Will miss that place!”

“Mycket fina rum, det här är ett litet ställe med bara några få rum. Jättetrevliga ägare. Restaurangen är litet maten är enkelt men bra. Gå genom regnskogen i Naturreservatet, jättefin!”

“It was ok!”

“Muy buen hotel y a buen precio”

“Our cabin was a small basic cabin with a kitchenette. The grounds were maintained well and there were some trails to walk. The property was in a gated area and a little removed from the road but we still could hear the road at times. We found a roach in the bathroom and some tiny ants on the kitchen table when we first got in our room.”

“This place is luxury in paradise. The setup with 3 bedrooms, open kitchen/living, and all the touches is amazing. The waterfall in the living room was an awesome touch, my 7 year old son loved it! The yard is well kept and great to play and hang during the little off time we alotted in Monteverde. The location is also awesome, with the night tour in Wildlife Refuge Monteverde being one of our trip highlights. It's a five minute walk from the house and a must do! My family with 3 kids would...

“It’s a beautiful place in the mountain of monte verde, it’s easy to find the place, it’s a beautiful, cozy apartment with everything in it! It has washer and dryer that was a big plus, everything is close by, hope to stay there in the future”
