Special Notes
1. Water – Our water comes from a shared underground well and is filtered through triple ozone, multi-stage filtration, and reverse osmosis for drinking. While perfectly safe, it may have a mild sulfur scent common in mountain wells. If you prefer city water, you may want to stay in town.
2. Access & Parking – All-wheel drive is recommended in winter. You’ll drive 800 feet of unpaved road before reaching our gravel driveway. Parking is available at the stonework by the right entrance. A complimentary Level 2 EV charger (NEMA 10-30 with Tesla adapter) is available in the carport.
Location & Activities
Casa II borders a 4,000-acre nature preserve with well-marked hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails. Hiking sticks are provided for your use. The area is home to hummingbirds, wildflowers, and mountain views, with almost no light pollution for spectacular night skies. Santa Fe’s art galleries, shopping, and renowned cuisine are only a 20-minute drive away.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols, with extra attention after pet stays, so all guests feel comfortable and safe.
