This 850 sq. ft. property affords an excellent alternative to hotel accommodations. While small it is equipped with a complete kitchen; gas range subzero fridge dishwasher and a cozy kitchen table where you can enjoy a home-cooked meal!
The living room has comfy seating to relax and read a book or watch your favorite TV show. The non-functioning fireplace adds to the classic Santa Fe charm.
Off the living room is the bedroom with king bed reading lamps and access to a side patio.
The full bathroom has an old-fashioned claw foot tub/shower and plenty of towels and linens are provided along with a washer and dryer. There is a walled flagstone patio with table and chairs and BBQ. Off street parking for two cars is provided. The owner will consider pets. There is no phone landline at this home.
